Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Nice garden.

Cold morning eating outside since there is no space in room to eat.

Location. Brand new facility. Air conditioner was very quiet, as was the location.

It was a detached dwelling from the main residence. It was very small, room only fitr for 1 person. We had to leave one suitcase in the car, as there was no room in the accommodation. There was tea and coffee making facilities but no where to sit except on the bed or outside on the chair and table provided. Not suitable in the winter time! There were 3 stairs leading to the room. I am slightly disabled and need a hand rail! Access from the car was over a construction site. There was a type of fabric laid over a muddy ground that was hard to walk over due to the uneven ground. There was no bug spray to kill the mosquitos that were inside due to unscreened windows.

Nothing - honestly the worst b&b stayed at Was so affected by this accomodation and character attacked by the host that I didn’t even do business in the area. She was nose out of joint when said you can’t accommodate people in a sea container that she told me I’m the worst guest she’s ever had and never to come back. Flap on the extractor fan kept my wife and I up all night and when tried to point it out to host she was frankly abusive. Double bed for my wife and I in a sea Contianer and could not move or sleep whole night. Supposed to stay 3 nights and left first morning or chance we got. Would like a refund for losses to be honest. Seems Trudy ann Gibsone of York WA is well aware 2 people should not be in a sea container as it’s way too small and uncomfortable. She even admitted it was small when we arrived and first thing she said to us quote unquote.

Everything Being verbally character attacked when expressing dissatisfaction at poor accommodation.

It was lovely , Trudy very friendly.

A little too tight for 2 adults. Cramped.

Neat, clean and modern.

A bit more info on parking would be helpful, we didn’t want to get in the way :)

I love it all, was a great place to stay and will definitely book again
