He didn't even allow me to get inside. He was not responding to calls when I reached the place. Really had a bad experience. It was night time, there were no public transportation from the place and I had to sleep on the streets.

The location was good for Crystal Palace Bowl. Decent sized rooms.

No one was there to let us in. When we finally got through to the owner, we had to wait over an hour in our car for someone to get there, making us late for the event we were going to. Breakfast was a Sainsbury's carrier bag full of bread dumped outside our room when we got back that night.

it was close to my meeting place

was never told about wi-fi........no breakfast available apart when i was offered a croissant 2 minutes before leaving. there was no hot water tap. couldnt enter the building as he had his earphones on and couldnt hear the bell!!!. i had to disturb the neighbours to get in. all in all not happy but it served a purpose.

Room and bathroom were clean and as described. Good location. Host was friendly and brought us fresh milk and a pack of croissants.

Had messaged host with check-in time but no response. When we got there, we had to phone twice before he arrived, adding 25 minutes to what had been a long journey. Host was staying in the apartment so we couldn't use the communal area/kitchen although we did have tea, milk etc. in the room.

comfy, quiet, friendly people

Clean, easy to find, located in a quiet and safe area, great for stay for one or two nights.

A bit far away from the train station.

We were unable to stay at the property due to work being undertaken to repair damage done by previous tenants
