A very nice older building with well appointed rooms. Very close to the waterfront and great walks back to Penzance and Newlyn, where there were some great seafood restaurants. Close to St Michaels Mount, just remember to check the weather as you may have a bumpy boat ride in front of you. The hotel is easy to access and while parking is in the street, there is no problems finding a spot near by.

No breakfast was included. I have only good thinks to say about this location. I highly recommend!

The room is immensely spacious, tidy and clean. Talked to the host on a few occasions who was very kind, considerate and gracious. Easy directions given to the location and the building was very secure with both the keypad and keyfob entry so you felt very at home and that your belongings were safe.

The only thing which was a peculiar feeling was the bathroom being in the same room as the bedroom. Quite funny, but not the be all and end all.

Cool spacious room not far from the station, bus stop, Lidl, and the promenade - wonderful location! Lovely host and a very comfortable bed with warm blankets. It’s an old building with a character so be ready for chandeliers, historical wardrobe, etc. I liked those!

The bathroom is co-located with the bedroom (there is no closed wall) so the Napoleon room would not work for more than 1 person. Would have been nice to have shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in the shower but those are all extras. Overall, the only concern would have been the open bathroom if I travelled with another person.

Very big room with a modern decorated bathroom, nice host, would definitely come back to this hotel, and strongly recommend if you are visiting Penzance!

Amazing, amazing, amazing

location was excellent, hotel entrance was olde worlde and the room was beautiful apart from being cold - nowhere to dry bath towels, unable to get radiators to work as probably on a main thermostat elsewhere in the house. We visited in July which is normally warm but it was cold and rained during our visit. Will return
