Clean, modern and close to shops and beach etc

Very spacious close to town and beach . Great bedrooms comfortable great design for 8 people loved the extra tablets for dishwasher and washing g up with cloths and sugar and coffee was just amazing

Not enough sun beds for 8 people not enough seating in the lounge or kitchen stools could’ve done with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds . Tiles by swimming pool loose . In bedrooms no dressing table to put our stuff on (make up ,perfume etc) not very private when in pool everyone could see us in the pool. Unsure how safe leaving the villa at night was. The gate swung open in the wind leaving us vulnerable

Πήγαμε στο σπίτι στις 16:00 το απόγευμα για να παραλάβουμε το κλειδί. Η κοπέλα η οποία ήταν υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα του σπιτιού μας είπε ότι το σπίτι είναι πολύ βρώμικο και θα μπορέσουμε να το παραλάβουμε στις 19:00 το βράδυ. Φύγαμε, και επιστρέψαμε στις 19:00 το βράδυ όμως ακόμη το σπίτι δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Μετά από συζήτηση που είχαμε με την κοπέλα παραλάβαμε το σπίτι στις 20:00 το βράδυ σε άθλια κατάσταση. Στο πάτωμα ήταν πετάμενα διάφορα confetti, τα τζάμια ήταν βρώμικα, δεν υπήρχε χαρτί στις τουαλέτες, αλλά ούτε πετσέτες στα μπάνια και στην κουζίνα. Η κουρτίνες στα δωμάτια ήταν σχεδόν κάτω στο πάτωμα. Το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν η κατάσταση της πισίνας. Η πισίνα είχε χρώμα πράσινο, ήταν πολύ θολή και βρώμικη. Δεν μπορέσαμε να την χρησιμοποιήσουμε γιατί η εταιρεία που έχει το σπίτι δεν μπορούσε να βρει κάποιων για να καθαρίσει την πισίνα. Ακόμη η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικά δύσκολη γιατί δεν υπάρχει 24ώρη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Όταν καταφέραμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν απαράδεκτη.

The villa could be great if only it would be managed and taken care of properly. It's cozy and reasonably well located. There's a nice asian restaurant and a decent supermarket nearby.

Unfortunately, the cons outweighed the pros. The villa is extremely poorly equipped; be prepared to buy absolutely everything for your visit, including essentials like toilet paper, soap, or dishwasher tablets. The outdoor BBQ grill does not match the one in the photos; it is cheap and barely usable, and there are no grill utensils provided. Cooking might be problematic as the only pan available is terribly scratched, so you may need to purchase your own to prepare meals. The hairdryer is not working at all, and the iron is barely functional. The water heater does not provide enough hot water for six people, even when left on for an extended period before showering. Additionally, the villa was poorly cleaned; we found trash lying around in the bathrooms, and some of the plates were dirty. The neighborhood is still under development and may feel sketchy at times; we didn't feel safe going out in the evenings. Moreover, there's a lack of privacy both outside and inside unless you're willing to spend time with the blinds closed. To add to our disappointment, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Even those in the group who are not typically light sleepers found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, we had a poor experience for the money paid.

Needed a few more cooking dishes and utensils as we wanted to cook family meals on a couple of days

הוילות מאוד קרובות אז אין פרטיות בבריכה במקום לא היה מספיק נייר טואלט או שקיות אשפה וכאשר פניתי למקופ האירוח אמרו לי לך תקנה לבד

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, da man zu Fuß viele Cafés und Restaurants erreichen kann und auch ein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist. Das es 3 große, schöne und moderne Bäder gibt hat uns sehr gefallen und es hat sogar auch eine Regendusche. Der Balkon und der Pool sind auch ein besonderes Merkmal des Hauses.

Die Ausstattung in dem Haus ist sehr minimalistisch. Es gab in der Küche nur 2 Töpfe, 1 Pfanne und billiges Besteck. Auch gab es keine Schüsseln oder ähnliches. Auch Klopapier und Spülmaschinentabs waren nicht vorhanden, genauso wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl musste alles selber besorgt werden. Solche Dinge sind unserer Meinung nach Pflicht in meinem Haus, wenn man zum Urlaub machen kommt.

Absolutely no privacy by the pool or even inside the house, only way to not be seen by ppl walking by was to keep the blackout curtains shut. Only 1 of the 4 beds in the house had a decent mattress. The neighbourhood didn’t feel unsafe BUT we saw suspicious activities going around in the area so would highly recommend to double check every window and door if going away from the house at nights.. :)
