We loved our stay at the Legacy Villas in this upstairs unit. The location was excellent and the unit itself has been updated. We loved being above a pool and having mountain views. Everything we needed was available and the place was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Legacy Villas. Our unit was delightful, clean, roomy enough for four adults. Our extra treat for the week was a mama humming bird sitting on her eggs just two feet from the deck! Don't miss the Sunday Farmer's Market in the Cove. Highly recommend this VRBO.

We enjoyed our family time in the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained with great mountain views. The neighborhood was quiet(except for some weekend groups) and peaceful with great walking and pool access. The only glitch was that the dishwasher was not working properly and even though the rental company sent a repairman out twice, they were unable to do the repair or replace. Also the glass topped table on the balcony was cracked. But these problems were minor and did not spoil our stay.

Amazing property and fabulous location! This property was the perfect fit for us. Slept 8 comfortably. Would definitely book again. Communication regarding check-in and check-out was excellent. Will be back for sure!

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was on the top floor, is very spacious, and is within steps of the pool. My kids joked that the condo was much nicer than our own home. We would highly recommend this condo for any family.

Skip was easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. The location of the condo was lovely. Close to a pool, we felt like it was our own private backyard pool. Great hot tub and a fun place to gather after a day of hiking. Condo was comfortable and we had enough room to spread out and relax. The condo was quiet, clean and as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a college softball tournament. The condo was outstanding. Plenty of room for 5 adults, the grounds were imaculate and we had everything we needed. Skip was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. The only issue was that pool 12 was not heated and the hot tub was not very hot.

We enjoyed the condo. Very comfortable and good location near the spa. The kitchen sink faucet is loose. There was no laundry detergent. Main drawback is the assigned parking spot is far from the condo.

The Legacy was a great location for some golf and sun. Quiet and relaxing the condo was spacious. A pool was just steps away.

We stayed here for a few days and it was a wonderful getaway. The place was beautiful and clean. We had a toddler and a baby with us so we used the main pool quite a bit which was only a short walk away. We also loved that there was one down below from the unit. Had some issues at first with someone parking in the assigned spot for the unit, but Skip immediately took care of that for us. Loved all the personal touches provided in the kitchen and bathroom areas as well. Would definitely return.
