The Bad: not too much parking especially if u have a big Suv theirs nobody at office or someone here at the property. We had trouble trying to use the electronic door lock to get in. But we finally got it open. Also they need to have a company spraying for bugs found a few big roaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Late in the evening. Also when we got in looks like someone was laying in the rooms u can see where the pillows had a shape where someone laid their head. But we called the office and someone came to switch all the sheets and pillow cases for both room. She was very nice we gave her a nice tip for coming out after her work hours. The Good: the room is very clean and everything looks new inside with new modern upgrades very nice shower and the best part the a/c’s work great!! Plus has a full kitchen, washer/dryer.

Beautiful! The interior design was exquisite. I loved the Self Check In. I didn’t have any issue parking my truck. 3 TVs, great AC, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen. Everything great

Lots of ants in the room no staff onsite to speak with in regard to issue. Had a couple crawl on us at night. Right next to fabrication shop so there is lots of banging around. Don’t get downstairs room. You will here all the walking and chairs sliding across the floor. There was no warm/hot water in sink or shower.

The place was affordable, clean and cozy! The parking was a bit tight but it’s no biggie.

I like about the apartment that it was near the beach and the apartment was big and clean

The property is very beautiful and conveniently located. The unit is very spacious , clean and quiet. The only minor issue is tight parking if you have large vehicle. When one car takes up two spots or doesn't park straight, it messes up the whole parking lot because theres no extra parking, making it hard to get out. Despite the minor issue, I will stay again, I recommend it! 9.5/10

Great location and price. Very cozy and included all the amenities necessary for our stay. Only complaint was noise. Walls are thin, so we heard everything.

Shower head was leaking constantly and parking is kind of tight, but overall the place is really nice and is located close to the beach.

We loved coming here with our kids..aged 17 to 10. It was a beautiful hotel but condo feel...it wasn't a big deal for my husband, but it is a smaller parking space..but we backed into our spot and we had an extended expedition. This place was super clean and the staff was amazing. Would love to stay again.

You can’t sleep during the day due to the drilling/mechanic loud sounding.

Is good property for stays

This location was amazing! The up to date look, cleanliness and great air-conditioning was perferct. 6 of us stayed there and we were all comfortable. The accessibility to the kitchen, pots, pans and plates was very convinient. The only nefative for us was the parking. We drove a Nissan Quest van and it was such a tight fit. Parking and leaving was always scary for me the one who was driving! But the distance from everything was awewome!!

It was unusual not to be able to see office people to talk to about what was wrong with the room. For example, the water tank from the toilet it was leaking water and there was no one to talk to when this happened because it was at the middle of the night, so we had to put towels on the floor to dry up the water.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2024. That gave us suite 6 which was the upper level southern most unit. El Ancla is centrally located but our unit had a broken window latch and screen/blinds. I reported it but it was not fixed . I also requested extra towels and they asked me why? There was no front desk staff present during our stay and the parking is small so if you have a truck it won’t be easy getting in and out . We would not stay here again.

I loved everything about the stay super clean nice and easy stay. Just the parking spots not much room for the cars .

The suite was only clean for the first day we stayed. It wasn’t cleaned out throughout our stay.

I was very disappointed with this stay. The parking is so tight that a couple of times we had to cancel our plans because we could not get our vehicle out. When we got to our suite, my hisband stepped on a neddle on the mat. It was a very small needle that didnt cause an issue, but very unhappy. There was no cleaning service for our 5 day stay,no freash towels. It is right behind a machine shop, so it was loud.

Really liked the location of this place.

Easy to find, on a main road. Good size, loved having a kitchen. Walkable to many different main attractions. Would definitely recomend.

Lovely 2-br apartment within a reasonable walking distance of beach, malecón, and downtown. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating. The one significant downside is that immediately adjacent is a workshop today is very, very loud during business hours. If you like to sleep in past about 8:30 am on weekdays, or plan to be in the apartment a lot during the day, be prepared for sounds of metal banging and such.

This hotel is great and nice location. I like the multiple bedrooms and the full kitchen. TVs are in every room. The kitchen is perfect for people with kids. The parking lot is small. I backed in so that I can pull out easily ! There is no staff at the front desk 24/7. So if I had an issue I didn’t know who to call. Bring face towels with you. They provide towels, but not face towels. I would stay again !!

Great place all around. Will definitely going be booking again. Owner was on top of everything and responds within the hour. Enjoyed my stay at the Ancla Siites definitely recommend!

close to el malecón and restaurants. hot water for showers, made it very convenient that the apartment had plates,utensils and a blender everything for a perfect stay. Clean, modern, and private parking a plus loved it
