Nothing - I’ll never stay at a red roof in again

Hotel was disgusting. I had to buy a sleeping bag because linen was dirty. No staff in the building. Virtual kiosk was horrible and very complicated. People sleeping in hallways and using drugs outside back entrance. I had to barricade my door closed because my door was broken and I was concerned with people outside and in hallways

No extra amenities for the price. Poor TV quality in the suite had no utensils, and no hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels.

-The staff is horrible. -there were police present arguing with crackheads -someone's car window was shattered -rooms have hardwood floors that doesn't seem to be swept or mopped -room bathroom smells like urine and it doesnt seem they use any products to sanitize -bed sheets and blankets smelled of mildew -The building is huge and at 11pm all the doors are locked where you cannot exit or enter except throgh the one in the front. This is such an inconvenience especially if you're parked near your room. You have to walk around the entire building to the front. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I liked the fact that it was close to where I needed to be. I also like the changes that they are making.

There are a few minor things but the renovation will be nice.

Nothing, this hotel is a mess. Staff is super rude, front desk receptionist yelled at my fiancé and I because we wanted to speak with the manager. Rooms are nasty, other guest said their room smelled like pee. Had burn holes on the toilet seat and bedding. Very unpleasant stay.
