This hotel is excellent! Beautiful! It is brand new. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is situated at the top of a hill in walking distance (1 mile) to downtown Gatlinburg. If you don’t want to walk you can drive your own car, at the bottom of the hill is a pay to park lot, or you can take the free trolley. There is a stop at entrance to the hotel on the main road. Breakfast was great! Staff was on top of everything! Huge variety and food never ran out. Chef was present every morning making omelets. Happy hour was also great! There were two bartenders working the bar so line for drinks moved quickly. Snacks were great! They had plenty and kept the area clean and stocked. My kids LOVED the pool! It had a large slide, separate lazy river and jacuzzi. Plenty of nice, pool towels. The pool was fenced in which I liked because bears would make an appearance at least twice a day. The kids were protected because of the fence. You WILL SEE BEARS HERE! The staff are trained to keep everyone safe. Rooms are great! My family of 5 fit comfortably in the suite.

I did not like the beds. I felt they were very firm and uncomfortable. To be fair, we have a memory foam mattress at home so we are spoiled. :) I also didn’t like the shower. The bracket that keeps the glass sliding doors stable was broke. The door would constantly drift while showering. It was annoying. Also, no tub. Shower only.

Very clean property, pool was great for the kids.

Good locations.

Room was dirty. Had to switch the room bc how dirty it was. Zero of the toiletries were filled up in the top . They eventually had to give us a new room because of how many problems our room had. Then, housekeeping never cleaned our room ONCE! It was also FALSELY ADVERTISED BY BOOKING.com that there was a charging station for electric cars at this location. There isn’t!!! We would’ve never booked here if there wasn’t!! We wasted more money than we should have to charge our car elsewhere and wasted time doing that!!!

Friendly staff, the pool was also a good size.

It’s in a perfect location. What’s not to like.

We had a room that the tv didn’t work next day they moved us into a bigger room no extra charge

I ordered food while outside pool took 1 hour for a hot dog other then that was great
