The hotel from the outside was looking good. But, when you see inside it is the straight opposite.

The bathroom floors were too slippery fell and got injured which spoiled my trip. no fans, dirty bedcovers, someone's hair on the bed felt disgusted, and the price was too high, isn't worth for money, there are many places with better facilities and less price.

Memorable stay Mr.Ganesh and his wife Mrs.Shobana took extra care of us.. provided hot water, tea, and coffee on time. We received hot water for bathing in the bucket by the night on request out of their timings. We appreciate the staff's dedication to us. The food was so nice and the price was also reasonable.. we enjoyed the park, lake, cold climate and finally Ganapathy Gardens quiet atmosphere too.. we loved it.. cab was arranged by Ganesh and he was so humble..

Well kept house and clean. We stayed only 1 night and it was comfortable, without any issues. The staff was pleasant and when we need a hot water they opened it in the evening.

It wasn’t a very good first impression when after booking I received an extremely long message with about 20 rules. Also, as per their rules they. Only provide hot water during a couple of morning hours but when we asked for hot shower in the evening, they opened the valve.
