施設建物は新しくは無いが　念入りにお掃除さてていて　快適でした。 お客さまを迎える入れる　心づくしを感じました。 次回来る時も　また利用したいと　思います！ スタッフの方も　日本語しか出来ない私達に　親切に接してくれました。

Would love some recommendations next time for Gibraltar

The staff are extremely friendly and supportive. The location is perfect near the marinas and main square. I stayed here before going on a 10 day day skipper course, perfect for what I needed which was a bed to crash in.

In summer Gibraltar can get quite warm, they are really good and will provide you fans that do the job perfectly. Be aware that many flights get delayed so keep them informed if you are going to be late (obviously this isn't a criticism of the hostel)

1. The Cat was a great hostess, very welcoming snd lent the place rxtra charm and homeliness. 2. Addy, a fine manager and host. Very courteous, friendly and helpful. 3. The coffee was great - very professionsl and good quality. Addy again - a great barista too!

The showers were in need of repair and renewal.

Tolle Lage. Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Check inn Anweisungen sehr unkompliziert. Schnelle Antwort vom Host.

Leider wurden versprechen nicht gehalten. Das Hostel wurde mit einem Preis Fehler von 8£ gebucht. Es wurde mir angeboten, die Buchung für 20£ zu behalten. Mit der Voraussetzung, das ein Check inn nach 22 Uhr ohne Aufpreis möglich ist und ich ein Gemeinschafts- Zimmer alleine nutzen kann (was der Host zustimmte) wurde das Angebot angenommen. Der Check inn ohne Aufpreis nach 22 Uhr war nach Austausch ohne Probleme möglich. In der Unterkunft musste aber festgestellt werden, das ein weiterer Gast im Zimmer untergebracht wurde.
