I booked this adorable cottage because I was going to a dog show 20 miles away in Lima Ohio. Cyndi, the host, came over to check us in and chat. Delicious brownies and other treats awaited us along with treats for Highlander, our Gordon Setter! Cyndi was over-the -top friendly and informative! I would highly recommend this rental!!

We were greeted by the friendly neighbors and felt very welcome. The host was top tier and very accommodating. I loved the charming atmosphere of the cottage. The boat dock was superb and easily accessible. We got engaged at the cottage, so of course we will become frequent guest. Highly recommend!!!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend get away. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. It was also dog friendly so we got to bring our fur baby. The host was so sweet and accommodating and truly made our trip enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed the cottage! My very tall 6’4 guys (husband and son) did have a little trouble fitting in the shower and were a little worried about getting water everywhere, but overall I would give it 5 ⭐️! A minor thing that really only applies to very tall big men. Cyndi was incredibly kind, a fabulous brownie maker and even supplied us with extra towels and doggie toys. We found the cottage to be well stocked and had plenty of room. My husband and I had no trouble acclimating to a smaller bed, which was very comfortable, and my dog was able to stay somewhere with us instead of having to be boarded. I appreciated all of her lovely touches and beautiful decor. I would buy this cottage if I had the opportunity and the only thing I would change would be the shower (for my giant guys). Will stay again! The location was perfect for us! Quiet, familiar and two roads over from family. ❤️ Wonderful experience.

My brother and I take a weekend every year to go fishing together. Indian Lake was a good choice and the house was spot on the description. Connecting with Cyndi (host) was easy to answer any questions and the smell of the fresh brownies as we walked in was a very nice welcome! Though the water had an unpleasant smell, just running it a bit helped it to go away. Private covered boat dock with a lift? Wow. Nice rental. Friendly neighbors. Great fishing!

My husband and I were amazed at the gorgeous little cottage and all of the thoughtful touches left from Cyndi the host. She had made gourmet brownies for our arrival and there was a basket full of snacks and even dog toys for our puppies who had come with us. There were other thoughtful touches around the cottage, from a basket of soaps/lotions/shampoos, a fridge full of bottled water and lots of wood left for the fireplace. We had a wonderful few days and were sad to leave. I have already booked our second stay however! Would recommend 100%!

This place is wonderful. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this owner truly goes above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. We stayed there for the eclipse, this was right on the center line! It was so easy to hang out outside, cook both inside and outside, and have a wonderfully beautiful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely Cottage. The host was wonderful and quick to answer questions. She even decorated the cottage for Christmas. It was so charming. The refrigerator... well, you just have to see it. The host left brownies for us and wood for the fire. I think we will visit again. Thank you for a perfect New Years retreat. The area is very nice.. The house is accommodating for five people. There is nothing I can honestly think of that was even remotely dissatisfying.

It was just me and my pup for this trip. It was a wonderful trip and a picture perfect cottage to celebrate the holiday. We were welcomed with fresh baked brownies and a basket full of snacks, including toys for my dog! Everything I could possibly need, including firewood was there. I’m hoping to make this a yearly destination ♥️

It was perfect. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the full kitchen allowed us to cook everything. We had the right amount of space as teenagers can hide. It’s a great cabin. We enjoyed the large tub and the snacks. It was awesome to be allowed to bring Peanut who enjoyed many walks. We managed to have a fire even though it was pretty chilly. I’d love to go back when it’s warmer to explore the area more and boat. Cyndi was responsive for any questions and has made a cozy get away.

I cannot express how wonderful this property was! The cottage was very quiet, cozy and perfect for a weekend to unwind. Cyndi is an amazing hostess who was quick to respond with answers for any questions I had. I have booked many places on VRBO and other sites, she is by far the best! We are looking forward to our girls trip next year!

We had an amazing time staying at Ptoobies place! We were in town for a wedding shower and it was the perfect little spot to relax after the festivities. It is the coziest, cutest cabin with everything you need! She has done an amazing job maximizing the space. We were greatest with DELICIOUS baked goods, snacks, smores supplies and lots of bottled water which was so appreciated! Right across from the water as well! Highly recommend!

Very cozy weekend stay with the family, all the updates and touches done with the place are immaculate.

We had previously visited this cottage in the summer & knew we couldn’t wait to come back in September and celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. Cyndi always goes above and beyond & made us feel very special with anniversary goodies this time. We appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness and we look forward to another stay at the cottage in the future!

I had a wonderful girls getaway with my sister and college-age daughter. This home was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting! The place is small and the bedrooms smaller (lol) but we thoroughly enjoyed it and our stay! The beds and linens super comfy. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and she left plenty of water and coffee for us along with a basket of snacks and super yummy brownies! We thought the house was right on the water but that was ok, just a stone’s throw away. The neighborhood was quiet and the state park, to walk their walking path in the mornings, only about a 5 minute drive away. Also a couple coffee shops and restaurants/eateries nearby. Everyone we came across SO friendly, too! A great experience, a great place…would definitely recommend!!

I can not praise Cyndi enough for her hospitality in making sure everything was perfect for us prior to arriving and during! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and making us feel like we were entering a place to call home while we were there ❤️ highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th Anniversary. Cyndi is the best, she communicated with us before, during, and after and makes the most delish brownies! The snacks, s'more goodies, and coffee were so throughtful❤️ Ptoobies place is super cute and cozy. We appreciated the comfy bedding and towels, and love the decor! It has everything you need! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

The cottage was just as described and a perfect get away! Being on the water was a joy for reading in the hammock and relaxing; as well as dog swimming and biking. The Hostess baked the most amazing brownies since it was my birthday and she made yummy dog treats and Halloween toys for our lab! We will definitely be back to enjoy another weekend!

Simply amazing. As the first renters of the host and out experienced was so phenomenal, we decided to stay again. Needless to say, we are coming back every chance we have. Its simply awesone. All the conveninces of home with that get away campingcamping experience. Cyndi is the best host

Cindy was very kind and hospitable. She left fresh baked brownies and stocked the fridge with water for us. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with and then some. The small touches from snacks to wood left for the fire were perfect! The cottage was amazing for my families stay. The window unit in 1 bedroom kept the house cool for the most part, but was not able to shut the room with the bigger bed to sleep, it was too hot. We met neighbors who were extremely nice and fun to be around while there! Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone!!

The hostess is amazing by leaving gourmet cupcakes and snacks. She was very accommadating and let us check in early. It was a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

The property was charming. The host was great. The home lacked an indoor table for dining or playing games etc. This was important to our stay since I was making dinner for a birthday and it was 90 degrees outside. Also, the bathtub/ hand held shower was not good for an older adult to get in and out etc. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and much appreciated the wonderful brownies.

Great location by the lake, awesome front yard & cozy bedding. Cyndi, the best Vrbo hostess ever, made us the most delicious brownies & even found us a kayak launch. Loved everything about it…would have liked blinds in the bedroom, but loved our stay!! We’d definitely go back!

We stayed at this adorable little cottage with a dock for our boat right out front. It was cute and clean and the host made us the best brownies I’ve ever had! She was very responsive and made our week perfect.

We will definitely be taking lots more trips to indian lake just so we can stay here again! Great spot, wonderful host, overall 10/10! She even left cupcakes, happy birthday banner, snacks, and waters! Only downside is the kids that literally walk right through the property as your trying to relax on the hammocks. Haha but kids will be kids so still 10 /10 !!!

Stayed the weekend at the Cottage for a family event. Our host thought of everything we could have needed. She welcomed us with a "goodie basket"full of snacks including dog toy and treats. She also made us some yummy PB/Carmel Brownies. The cottage was very clean and unique decor. We definitely would book here again.

Lovely little cottage on a quiet street. Very relaxing and peaceful and Cyndi is amazing to work with.
