Everything about this house was amazing, first to be able to park in a driveway and not worry about parking is awesome, the kitchen is perfect as well as the living room, it was just my wife an I so we did not use the downstairs bedrooms but they were large guest bedrooms, the master was amazing, great views, patio was amazing . Then you take in the views from the patio, it is just a perfect place to enjoy your summer vacation.

This house was superb! We had 7 people in our group, we didn't feel cramped, we all thought the beds were comfortable, we had plenty of kitchenware, we all gathered on the ocean front patio & enjoyed the ocean views, & we all agreed it was a 5 star stay. Thanks Surf Style, the home was amazing. The views were magical, we loved waking up & going to bed to views and sounds of the ocean. The place was plenty big enough for all 8 of us and very tidy, we'd love to stay again!

The house has potential to be fantastic. Unfortunately, it has been neglected and not sufficiently prepared for its guests. Says it sleeps 8, but not really. The couch ( not a pullout) serves as one bed but that's not great. One towel per person for 5 nights is not enough for a beach location. Called the management company to request for more towels. They said they would send someone with more, but did not follow through. No beach towels. It's a great location with a great view. Great for morning coffee and sunset wine and cheese. Deck furniture is not up to par. Chaise lounges we're missing cushions on upper and lower decks , plants are dead or dying. Umbrella is not functioning, which is key to enjoying the deck during the day. Lastly, I don't think it's right to ask guests to clean the floors when there is a cleaning charge and a 10:00 am check out. We were disappointed. It's a large cost with too many things not right. Sorry, the house is not ready for prime time or the high price. It's just okay. I don't think management is inspecting or holding the listing to high standards, but it certainly holds the guests to them.

This is such a beautiful house! We love the high ceilings, opening the front door directly to ocean views, great size patio with a private bonus deck off the master. Plenty of kitchenware, super easy parking, comfortable beds, tv's in all bedrooms was nice, and a large house with plenty of room for our family of 8. We hope to return again soon :)

House was not supplied well. I emailed Surf Style and no response for the needed materials. Also, items are broken, igniter on grill, screen door to deck, umbrella on deck and deck and furniture was filthy. House needs updates and master shower water flow not working well. House in general fine but expensive for what you get.

Perfect in every way

What a beautiful location. Only reason I booked was that this house was right on the ocean. We were all looking for a relaxing trip and to celebrate my birthday! Lovely home! We enjoyed cooking some at the place. Only downer was walking in and windows weren't cleaned. That million dollar view deserves clean windows for every guest walking in. The management made sure to send the crew over to clean them! Thanks for everything! Debra Jurad

House is exactly as presented. The view is unbelievable and the house is very comfortable. Check in process was as easy as could be and we really had no issues. The beach is amazing for long walk/runs. Tide comes in pretty high but when it's out, it's nice and flat. Walking to restaurants was easy, very nice neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Our family has stayed at many beautiful private residences. This ocean view home has 180 degree, unobstructed view of the Pacific and access to stairs to a private section of beach. Gorgeous!

What more could you wish for falling asleep to the crashing of the waves each night. This property, located in the quaint beachside town of Encinitas, was the perfect family getaway for us this summer. The home was well appointed and offered a comfortable, chic and gorgeous backdrop. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach access simple. We cannot wait to return!
