The property was great. No problems with communication. They answered my emails very prompt. Great place to stay if you have something at the OCCC. The only thing I would say the condo needed was more kitchen tools if you plan on cooking while there.

Very convenient to OCCC! The amenities and pool area are great. The apartment is spacious and clean. I like the top floor as it is quiet also.

We stayed for the AAU volleyball tournament. We could easily walk to the North and South Concourse. West Concourse was a drive.
Great location to Universal. Very clean, well maintained neighborhood.

We’ve stayed in the same condo twice now and love everything about it. The location is perfect to get to a wide variety of attractions & restaurants. It’s always clean & well maintained.! We will definitely book again!

Really good sized property. Clean and spacious with a separate living room and an open family room. *Don’t missed the elevator at the main entrance as a couple in my party did, only finding it after carrying luggage up to the 4th floor.

Clean condo in a nice gated community. Located close to theme parks and other amenities. Great pool set up. We had a great time.

Much larger than photos show, high ceilings, corner unit w lots of windows, very clean, easy walk to pool and grocery. Loved it.

This has been my third time staying at a Vista Cay location for the holidays. The view from this location is really nice, the space is awesome, and the overall experience was worth the price. The only issue was the unit was a tad bit dated. There were marks and damage on various walls.

This was an enormous condo. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the fireworks was great! We truly enjoyed our stay.

A very well appointed, clean and spacious condo. The neighborhood felt very safe and was convenient to Universal and Disney World. The virtual check-in process was convenient and we has no issues with the property during our stay. Highly recommend!

We always love staying at Vista Cay. The location of the condo was ideal but that's about all the good I can say. The sofas were in disrepair. One of the barstools were broken. The twin beds in the middle bedroom must be jr. beds. We had all adults. We slept hot... the AC was never functional. We had dollar tree pots and pans that made it difficult to cook. I've stayed at Vista Cay many times and paid the most this time and received the least. Overall I was disappointed at how uncomfortable the beds were. The shape of the condo just did not match what we normally experience.
