Quaint little property, well equipped and comfortable. Real home from home.

The entry system was very high tech, and left me worried that we didn't have confìrmed access before arrival. It involved loading an app, which didn't work until you arrived at the property to validate it. Luckily the owner was at the premises. TV system was unnecessarily complicated too.

Very well decorated. Good location. Had everything we needed.

There was a sewage smell from the sinks. Owner needs to get that checked. Think the showers not draining properly either.

Beautiful little cottage that was very well equipped and in a great central location to explore Frome. Parking space was handy, and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Good value for money. Would recommend.

It was comfy and we were well provided for. The host was accommodating. It was fun to have all the mod cons- loved the hoover too, so easy to leave the house in a good condition! House is perfect for a quiet stay.

It would have been good to have the extra rules, particularly about dogs on the original advert when booking. It was good for dogs and we had a well behaved one. However, I think lots of dog owners would book the property as being dog friendly and then would feel very anxious about staying after reading the rules that came through afterwards. If their dog wasn’t able to follow the rules, they might not get their money back and stay anyway. The remote lock was also hard for us to understand and needlessly stressful but we may be behind the times!
