For the sake of clarity and fairness this was a one night stay. The is no 24 hour reception. You are presented with a beach towel on arrival that there is a $30 charge for if not returned, although I wasn't told I had to bring it with me at check out when I checked in. (I thought this sort of thing went out in 1980's), The air conditioning unit dripped the whole night all over the floor and took one beach towel and two bath towels to soak up. (Presumably this is why I was presented with a beach towel at reception in the first place?) The wifi didn't work. I was warned this was a possibility due to not wishing to provide an email address on arrival. However, this wasn't noted as the reason for it not working on the login page when I tried to log in . Only that the room or surname information was incorrect so who knows? I couldn't find out as the reception had closed by the time I tried to log in. Hair in the sink and the bathroom sink plug didn't work and was permanently closed. When reporting the above at check out their main concern was where my beach towel was (it was still dripping in my room as I'd used it to soak up the water from the AC) which I think pretty much sums up the stay and the focus of their concerns. As long as they bring the beach towel back all must be well in the world. All in all not a particularly guest service focused experience, in my opinion, and one I won't ever be repeating at this property.

Great hotel in a greqt location.

I loved that its very close to the airport 🛫 so you see the planes coming in which is cool. Close to Mullet bay beach ⛱️. Few restaurants walking distance, and if you like casinos. Place doesnt have a gym on the the premises but we are allowed to use the gym in the hotel across the street called the Sonesta just show your room card.

The unit had a air-conditioned system that was louder than the large planes departing at the airport. Hence, sleeping comfortably was a total challenge

This was a great stay..

We stayed one night due to flight Cancellation and it worked perfectly. Your close to alot of food bars and club and the beach. The bed is soft and comfortable. There is bar inside the hotel also. A really nice size. I would definitely come back

Spend two nights and everything was just a footstep away, if you are someone that is looking for a getaway with friends this is the place to be with in walking distance.

Amazing place so peaceful and quiet close to Orient Bay. Thanks to Cindy and Yahaira from the front desk for making our stay a more pleasanr one.
