This is the first time that I have stayed off ocean-front (slightly) when visiting this exciting city, and I am so glad that I made the choice to do so. The hotel is about four or five blocks from the beach, but it provides a quieter and "more authentic" look at the local culture. The hotel is reasonably priced, offers consistent and reliable internet, great housekeeping, and a satisfying pool area on the second floor. More importantly, however, the hotel staff is made-up of people that enjoy others and seem like they are having fun working there. I asked them about nightlife, restaurants, the neighborhoods, shopping . . . . you name it. Two women (Ninfa and Nuri) and one man (Julio) made me feel welcomed and took care of me like I was royalty. I am afraid that when more and more people discover this nice hotel - and it's impeccable service - it will be harder and harder to find rooms here! I hope that is not the case when I return in March of 2025. Thank you, Hotel Pueblito!

The hotel was in great location to walk everywhere including the beach!! The staff was very helpful with many of my question on where to eat, get local money and buy food for my room. I would stay again, but ask to not be in a room on the same side at the front entrance.....very noisy in the mornings and much of the day due to a local bus stop out front.

It is a clean, quiet hotel and you will take about 15 mins to the nice beach. The receptions, Ninft and Victor, are nice guys with smile face. Thank you for their serving!

This hotel had everything I needed. I spent most of time outside of the hotel so this was perfect. It’s central so close to all the activity downtown and lovely little local restaurants. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on but if you stay in the Center rooms it’s pretty quite.

First of all the staff is amazing, especially the receptionist, Ninfa and the breakfast cook Nuri. We stayed in a suite. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a mini-mart on the corner where we could buy bread, fruit and drinks to keep in our full size fridge. We loved having coffee by the pool in the mornings and Nuri's food is delicious. Ninfa also made some great restaurant recommendations. We loved the neighborhood feel of the area as well as the fact that it is 5 blocks from the beach. Some reviews have complained about the noise, but that is because it is in the city; we saw it as part of its charm. We loved our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Next time my husband and I visit, we will definitely stay at Pueblito Vallarta.

Friendly staff.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was outstanding. However, there were several issues with the room, including a sewage odor, presence of cockroaches, and flooding from the toilet. Additionally, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, resulting in being relocated three times during my four-day stay. Despite notifying the front desk of these issues, they persisted, causing significant stress during what was meant to be a relaxing trip.

The front desk staff were amazing. Shout out to Victor who went above and beyond trying to find us the right resturants for our cravings, where to find markets etc. Always a smile and a greeting waiting for us anytime we came into the loby. Will be visiting again soon!

The amount of space had me overwhelmed with joy. Everyone was so helpful and joyous to be around. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone else who's looking to have a great experience in Puerto Vallarta!

The staff there were lovely and very helpful. The Hotel is in a great area for exploring and walking around. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. I had read in other reviews, and its true that the showers don't exactly work well. The pipes vibrate so hard you think they might bust. Cleanliness was pretty good. The couch in our room had a lot of stains on it. The pool deck was lovely. We pretty much had it to ourselves :) its older but works just fine.

It's in the middle of everything, excellent customer service. Staff was so friendly they deserve a raise we will come back to same spot for sure for many years to come. Stay was so comfortable and staff decorated for special ocassion went above and beyond thank you so much.

Hotel Pueblito was a great choice. I took a food tour and all the stops were right around the hotel. Only a few blocks from the beach, yet just past the busy touristy line...so nice. The staff were so kind and attentive. The pool was clean. It's an ollder hotel, but the amenities were there. I'll stay again.

The location was perfect. Not so close to the noisy bar scene that I could sleep without hearing it. The staff was wonderful. Nimfa At the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Gave me good pointers on where to go and what to do even where to shop. Sandra, the housekeeper was very friendly and did anything you asked. But half the time I just left the do not disturb on my door. Nuri Is the chef and cooks terrific breakfast. I would encourage you to try this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable there and will return

This property is not pretty or your typical all inclusive but it is clean and all the staff are amazing. A special shout out to Ninfa. She is such makes this hotel vibrant and Welcoming. One down side was the lack of hot water and water pressure.

Ninfa was the best hostess and checkin person. She made sure the room was cleaned, towels stocked and warm water running

We had a great time, one problem, the WiFi was unavailable most of the time, we reported it and it was to be fixed but it continued to be unavailable, we had to go into the central area of the hotel to get signal.

Great hotel we felt like we were locals in the area with all the shops and stores nearby…staff were all friendly and eager to help with any request. If you are looking for a great home base to explore the area this is it.

Our stay at this hotel for our first two nights in PV was amazing. Victor was very helpful and kind and very knowledgeable. Our room was nice, had a kitchen, two bathrooms and very spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice, wasn’t too cold. There was no restaurant on site but breakfast is available for purchase. My daughter and I had booked an excursion and had to leave at 830 am and they kept our stuff locked safely for us without any problems. We will be back to this hotel for sure In our future stays. Good food all around the hotel with oxo right across the street.

Friendly staff

This property has a refreshed and eager staff making every effort to make this place shine. This is my second stay in 2024 and I hope to be back. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Location is great…. Can be a bit noisy because of buses, etc. but that adds to location and charm. They say they will be working on getting the pool freshened and cleaned … that will really make this place shine!

The hotel was great the location was close to every thing in Zona Romantica. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The hot water in the shower could have lasted a bit longer but but was still fine. I would def recommend this hotel and it staff to every one.
