Vaso was incredible and made our stay feel like we were home. She’s just a wonderful warm and caring property expert. Gabriella was awesome to work with scheduling and chatting about staying there. Both were very responsive to any issues—which were minimal.

All in all, an amazing property. The location and scenery is second to none. That said, some of the conveniences that we have come to expect aren't perfect (e.g. internet coverage on the lower level is non-existent and some intermittent problems getting hot water to all of the showers). Perhaps the single BEST thing about this property is the person that comes every day to keep things straight (Ms. Froso) who is kind, helpful and willing to assist with anything that may be wrong and to guide you to anything you may require on the island of Skiathos.

We celebrated our 80th birthday with our 4 kids and 6 grandkids at Villa Arios .The magnificent setting of the villa ,the stunning180degree views of the ocean ,the islands ,the passing boats ,the magnificent interior design of all the rooms ( blue room ,pink room ,white room etc ),the superb service provided by Gabriella and her Villa Arios team who satisfied our every need with immediate attention ,the wonderful dinners provided by our Executive Chef " every evening ,all of this and more provided our whole family with the most unforgettable holiday of our lifetime .Thank you "Team Arios " for helping to make it all happen .

Villa Arios is a wonderful property in an idyllic location. Gabriella was fantastic in helping with any queries and making our holiday as stress free as possible in these difficult covid times- both before and during the holiday. We were a party of 6 - 2 adults and 4 teenage boys and there was plenty enough space for us all to have an amazing and relaxing time- the 2 pools spoilt us and the loungers on the beach for our use were perfect! A sprawling vacation paradise. We visited with a group of friends and children and this place has something for everyone. Ice cold air conditioning in every bedroom, large family room and multiple kitchens, but that is only the basics. The real magic of this place happens outdoors with stunning aerial views of ocean, islands, birds, and mountains. A jacuzzi infinity pool for relaxation and a huge saltwater pool with poolside bungalow and so much more. Don’t even think about looking further. Book this now!

The house itself was very clean and well-equipped, and all the different rooms were perfect for our large group of adults and children. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi with its views was much appreciated. The setting is very quiet and scenic but with easy accessibility to supermarkets and there is food delivery available. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any queries I had and I felt that we were very well looked after. Overall we had a great fortnight’s holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa very highly indeed.

When you arrive at Villa Arios the view takes your breath away and continues to delight at various times of the day during your stay . Then you explore and discover the romantic quirky features that make each area unique and personal . The Villa provided the perfect base from which my large family ( 15 adults 3 children aged 1, 3 & 6 months ) could relax and experience the idilic greek island in Skiathos. The Villa has been skillfully decorated throughout .... think Boho meets Under The Sea ! The Villa has been thoughtfully divided into 5 units which gives ample private and communal space . Our family's age range from 6 months to 65 . We ate every night around a huge stone table on the large terrace with amazing views of the sea , islands and surrounding forest ..... Peregrine Falcons overhead and the full moon rising from behind Scopelos. Many delicious meals where created in the charming rustic kitchen . The lounge provided a large comfortable area to watch movies and sport on the one stormy day . We all ate lunch out at the Kanapista Taverna and travelled to town on the delightful Kanapista Ferry . Everyone was so friendly and helpful with the children . We charted a traditional motor yacht ( Cpt Konstantinos +30 6944392094 ) on 3 days. He took us all to quiet beaches where we swam off the boat and he provided excellent home cooked Greek food . Eva , at the nearby store , kept us supplied with supplies and fresh local eggs bread milk etc. A watch has to be kept on the little ones as there are 2 beautiful pool areas on different levels around the house and a country path leads to the secluded private beach. Gabriella was very helpful and answered all my many questions. I can highly recommend this beautiful large villa to anyone who shares my dream of a simply memorable family holiday in Greece . We have just had a wonderful week in this magical house! The views are the best in Skiathos and the house is comfortable, homley, imaginatively decorated with plenty of space to have quiet time or be with your whole party. The house has access to a beautiful private beach which is fantastic. The views and main terrace take your breath away each time you see them. You never tire of them and it will be very sad to not wake up to them every morning. The swimming pool is salt water which takes some getting used to but it is an excellent size. Gabriella was extremely accommodating and helpful. We couldn't recommend this villa more highly. It was more than we could have hoped for with our party of 5 children & 5 adults; the youngest was 3 and the oldest 73. We cannot wait to come back again to this beautiful villa and visit Skiathos again.
