Restaurant and breakfast service could be improved.

Nice building. Big rooms. Good WiFi.

Service is very poor. Conditioning doesn't work. The safe box doesn't work. No cups or glasses in the room. Guests have to wait for everything. We asked in advance to prepare invoices, but they were not ready for the checkout. The receptionist promised to send them to our email. But we haven't received them.

I got a front streetside room when I had booked a garden/pool view room. The room was not entirely clean either. Also it was a bit noisy. Wi-fi is very poor for a "4" star hotel... unreliable and slow in the room. Some of the staff were nice, but most were unhelpful, uninterested and unable to do their jobs efficiently.

Comfortable beds and large modern rooms

This is not really a 4-star hotel. Both the wi-fi and the hot water dropped out from time to time. The staff are very hit and miss and mostly don't seem to know how to run a hotel..... it took 30 minutes to check-in and even then I was given a room that had not been readied. Not the hotels fault, but this part of Copiapó is now very run-down and does not feel safe after dark.

We can store our luggages at a room before/after check in/out. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was ok. Location was nice.

I showed my passport still got problem to pay with the US dollars when check in, it was solved finally. We book for a double room but the room 202 looks like for single person equipped with 1big pillow, 1small pillow, 1towel. Air-conditioning makes noise. Hotel wifi didn't work. The floor of shower was a little slippery, need to be careful.

Incredible location near to everything you need in Copiapo's downtown. Assistance and kindness is everywhere.

Parking is an indeed headache once you need to exit the building because you need to call them to open the automatic gate that's close with a padlock.
