Great location. Comfortable, rustic condo. Check-in process was super easy and didn't require picking up a key or interacting with anyone. Location is good with nice views of Lake Dillon / conveniently located between Downtown Dillon and Keystone.

A wonderful place to stay on the lake! Excellent views, easy access to all kinds of great outdoor activities, and incredibly well maintained and managed property.

This is the third straight year to rent from Summit County and this is the best. It’s become an annual tradition. Each place I have stayed at has been unique and great!

Super convenient access to main roads to ski resorts for this rental that featured tons of space for our group, and had stunning views of Lake Dillon. The views of the lake and mountain were definitely the best part of the space.
Clean, spacious, and cared for home with amenities. The home showed some signs of ageing/being a rental, such as a torn bed skirt in a bedroom, and the oven taking a solid 30 minutes to preheat but those can be fixed quickly. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit for cleaning towels, and drying damp gear.
Access to the community pool, hot tub & clubhouse was nice for relaxing after spending the day on the slopes. The hot tub jets didn't turn on/stay on, as selecting any button on the tub, would cause the electrical breaker to flip. Nor did the Sauna seem to turn on/heat up. We settled for enjoying the hot water without jets.
Would happily return especially if the hot tub jets are up & running, or if visiting in summer and want to cool off in the pool.

The townhouse is convenient and easy to get to. The pictures are accurate, there were no surprises. Communication with management company was excellent and I loved the app provided, it told me everything I needed to know. The clubhouse is very nice, however we were disappointed to find the hot tub was out of service during our stay.

Excellent location. Very close to Keystone and only a short to modest drive from Breck and Vail. Unit was clean and nicely laid out for 2-3 couples. Private master suite upstairs and a shared bath downstairs. Dedicated parking near the door. Excellent communication from the management. Would stay here (or another Summit Cty MR unit) again.

Property nice, could have use a few more cooking items. Crockpot was too small as an example. Also two of the three bedrooms could have used a dresser or something to put clothes in. Lighting was so - so in bedrooms.

What a very nice experience and easy process. The Condo was well kept and compfortabe all around. The two rooms on the lower level provided good separation from Master and far enough from the Kitchen to not wake anyone for early risers like myself. ;-)

Limited cookware in the kitchen making meal preparation difficult. Carpet was dirty in the living room when we arrived. Parking lot was no well maintained and due to slope of drive, very difficult to enter and exit even w/ 4WD vehicle

Place feels bigger than it is with the split/ multi level layout. The lake and Mountain View’s from the living room and master are some of the best views in summit county (IMO). This is the 3rd Summit County mountain retreats property we’ve stayed in and I’m so glad we found this site. Best inventory and way better experience and value than VRBO / Airbnb. We’ve done guys trips and family trips and we’re loving these properties every time! Wish the website filters would stay in the search results as you browse back (have to reapply filters every time you click back and wait for the results to load each time). That is my only feedback for SCMT other than that this company and their properties are the best.

Great condo, great location. We used this condo for an overnight trip to enjoy winter fun with a group of kids. The condo was great for what we needed, plenty of room, the laundry inside the condo was very useful to dry wet clothing and it's close to several amenities.

Great stay! We visited with a group of friends to ski over New Years. About 15-20 minutes from both Copper and A-Basin which was perfect for us. Home comfortably fit 8 of us and accommodated our needs for this trip!

This property worked out extremely well for me. It is just 5 minutes from the job I am working on and that is most important to me. The property itself was very nice and had everything I look for when I am working out of town. As well as being close to many restaurants. I would happily rent this place again.

Everything was great except one day the lock wouldn't work so we sat in our car for 1.5 hours waiting for the maintenance person who never showed up but the maintenance man who was shoveling helped us. He had to drive to the office and get a key which worked then,

Older townhome with multiple levels and no bathrooms on main levels. The furnishings are dated and the carpet is uggh. The mattresses are extremely soft and the 2 bathrooms are older. You are also right on the hey but nice view. Update this and your rentals would be stronger.

Property was as advertised. Check in instructions were simple/easy. Host was attentive before, during and after stay. Great view out back porch/deck and close to bike trails/paths. Convenient to Dillon Amp if going to a show there. Would recommend.

We had two sets of twins under two! The property manager was able to provide packnplays, the two bathrooms with tubs were instrumental to our survival and the large eating space was great. Only issue was the deck space: not safe for kids as they can fit through railings and the railing by post was a bit loose. Other than that, a great location with eqsy access to Breckenridge, Dillon and Silverthorne. Also, the reservoir had a nice beach area for the kids to play on/explore!

Incredible 4-level accommodation for a 3-guy ski trip. Extremely roomy & easy access 30 feet from parking lot with no stairs to negotiate, huge when packing bags & skis. Great view of Rockies from main activity area. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 19 days in this property in Jan 2022 Some good and some not so good. Great location, beautiful sunsets from the deck. Bit of road noise. Space was laid out nicely. Everything was clean and tidy and well equipped upon arrival with the exception of the carpet. Needs to be cleaned. Beds were as reported but really really soft. and Couch and love seat are 1980's vintage and need to be replaced. Badly broken down.
