New, clean, close to everything. Not a single detail forgotten! Recommend this rental 100%.

This property was amazing. Best part of the house was the back porch. I could sit out there all day. Location was great. Walking distance to downtown. Short drive to amazing views. Definitely will be going back.

Beautiful house with everything you need, just bring food and clothes. I stayed with my teenage boys and our 7mon old Boxer puppy, Rowdy. We had a great time!! The boys loved the Hot Tub and the outdoor TV for movies. The secret game room was pretty cool!!

This house is so beautifully decorated with all the thoughts on how to make you feel at home. There are little comforts and things to make you smile everywhere. The house was pristine. I usually feel out of place on vacation, and could have stayed here forever.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to enjoy Helen while attending a baseball tournament. 4 adults and 4 kids. The arcade room and hot tub were huge hits for the kids and having so many items stocked in the house was a plus for the parents. Room in the back and back porch for all and once nighttime hits, it feels so peaceful and relaxing. Inside a gated neighborhood convenient to anything you want to do in downtown Helen. The house was very modern and decorated well, comfy beds and little touches (like a cute Coo-coo-clock) made it so comfortable and inviting. Host was very accommodating and responsive, even though we had zero issues during our stay.

We chose this location due to its proximity to town and the amazing covered back deck where we spent the majority of our time. It was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers! They especially loved the hot tub, and we loved sitting on the couch watching tv together. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a hearty breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. The teen boys especially enjoyed the hidden game room and the girls enjoyed the oversized bedroom upstairs. The adults enjoyed the downstairs bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The community also has a pool and tennis/pickleball courts that are just steps from the house. The home is close enough to walk to downtown (which I did one morning), but its probably best to drive and park. Parking is generally $10 anywhere you go downtown so be prepared for that. The reason for our visit was to enjoy the hot air balloon festival. It was fantastic! If you go in the evening plan to arrive early or you will be stuck in a long car line to get to the field. Also, bring snacks and drinks with you to enjoy because there are no concessions once you enter. Ashley and her husband are truly the best super hosts! Ashley was quick to respond to any and all of my questions and requests no matter the time of day. Our entire group unanimously voted that they would stay at Edelweiss again. We had an awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious, and we appreciated the EV charger for our car, and that this property was dog-friendly. Home is located in a quiet, peaceful gated community—but is still very close to everything in downtown Helen. Home was a newer build, and well furnished and decorated. Some minor maintenance issues—light on upstairs balcony is broken and doesn’t work, and the light (above stove) on microwave did not work. Some of the sheets are stained and need replacement. Overall, property was excellent and we enjoyed a comfortable getaway for the holiday weekend. Would recommend this property!
