Townhouse style apartment. Very well maintained and cleaned. Wish they put a broom and dustpan in each unit because of the sand and dirt.

The lock getting in too complicated for an old guy not enough light. I couldn’t figure out the television the entire time I was there!!!!

Check in was friendly and informative Townhouse was updated and very clean with modern fixtures. The shower had great pressure and plenty of water settings. AC worked great There’s a good size refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a microwave all clean. Plenty of lighting options a desk large closet. Beds were clean and no trouble sleeping. Location close places to have meals. Grocery store across the street. This hotel was great for our 3 night stay. Budget friendly. They gave me a nice deal when booking the 3rd night. Overall a very nice stay

Townhouse was spacious with kitchen. There were pots to use but no cooktop only portable if you asked in the office. No hair dryer, iron or detergent for dishwasher. They do not clean only once a week. You have to walk with shoes on as floors are dirty. If you take your shoes off your feet will be dirty after few minutes. AC unit only upstairs and very loud. It was a good location and close to everything. Owner was friendly. They need supply people with basics for a week if they are not going to clean like other comparable motels.

No curtains on the windows upstairs, no kitchen towels, no trash bags. However, crib was provided, blankets as well. Thus 4 from 5.

My husband and I had a great experience at Harborside suites. the room was clean and cozy smart tv. Shower is great. two minutes away from beach. You can walk across the street to have breakfast. Walk across the street for CVS. And stop and shop is also as close. Managers were nice and accommodating

Liked: Very helpful when we were arriving late. Rooms were very up to date and clean. Nice shower. Didn't Like: AC extremely loud. Walls were very thin, so you could hear your neighbors. Room darkening curtains needed in the bedroom area. Curtains in the kitchen area were too narrow, so people could see in the room.

The property was very clean and cozy. Location wise, there is a wide variety of restaurants and attractions which most them are at a walkable distance. The Owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any additional requests. Have a great rest of the Summer and thank you for having us!

Overall a great room for the price. Room was spacious, clean and updated. Recently renovated but minor finishing details were lacking. Mirror in bathroom was too high. Toilet had a slow leak from base (we just wrapped a towel around it). Large towels were very low quality and left little bits when drying off. I would stay again if in the area.

You can tell with the new owners they are working on it and were very friendly. The inside of our room was renovated though the outside was not. My hope is it keeps getting better as they make improvements.

Loved my stay here. Rooms were very new and very nice. Not gonna find a better deal on Cape Cod than this place. Close to restaurants and entertainment.

We had an amazing stay at the townhouse. Spacious, clean and dog friendly. The pancake man across the street is delicious! Will stay again next time in town.

I stayed at Harborside Suites on a solo trip to the cape for a few days. I was travelling alone as a young woman and for that reason safety was one of my top priorities. The location is pretty good, it's not totally secluded but it's not part of the main strip of hotels and resorts that are located in Yarmouth. There was a Stop and Shop located right around the corner for groceries and a lovely diner for breakfast right across the street. The room was newly renovated and pretty similar to pictures. I stayed in one of the King suites which was very basic but everything I needed since I was really only there to sleep. The shower was great with ample water pressure and plenty of hot water! When I arrived at the room it was insanely hot, but I left the AC on and went to grab some groceries and by the time I got back the room was cooled off. There is no daily room service so be careful with sand, my floors were pretty covered by the end of my stay there. If you need towels or new sheets they are happy to get them for you. My only complaint is that there is no extra security lock on the inside of the door. The rooms are accessible via a code that they give you at check-in. The code unlocks the padlock. On the inside, you can lock the padlock as well as the door handle itself, but I would have liked to have an additional lock for security purposes. I used the available shelving unit to barricade the door while I was sleeping.

Everything was great. It was a little bright at night with the streetlights and the curtains did not completely block. But it was conveniently located and very clean. I would stay here again.

Our original room AC was not working. Told the front staff and they immediately took a look at it and got us another room with a working AC unit. The front staff was friendly and quick to respond.

Overall our stay was okay - strictly just a place to sleep. Room was dirty and blinds were damaged - no shades so room was very bright at night. There was a weird smell throughout which was not from the room but the door had a gap letting air in as it was missing insulation. Staff was friendly but there was certainly a remodel going on.
