We booked extra bed for the kid I called customer care a day before and they assured that it’s booked , even I got a confirmation email for same But when we reached there , we were informed that all extra beds are already occupied by the guests and we have to manage somehow. Although the staff at reception was supportive and they provided us with a room with the largest bed available which we found was ok and the sleep was comfortable. But how come the extra bed bookings are done when the availability was limited. The call center told us in case we don’t book in advance we may not get the bed , then how come the extra bed is given on first come first serve basis Rest all things in the stay was fine and we don’t have any issues with stay or staff or food , everyone was up to the mark except the extra bed booking goof up.

Excellent choice of food and drink. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The facilties were top class.

New hotel that is well appointed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathroom are well laid out and stylish.

The air conditioning in the restaurant was too cold, we had to order and then go and sit in the buffet area to eat our food. The staff acknowledged the issue and were very helpful in moving our table. The noise from other guests late at night in the corridor was annoying, not easy for the hotel team to deal with it but they should perhaps do more floor patrols.
