No tiene nada en el frifobar. Eso hace que uno tenga que bajar ala recepción exclusivamente hasta por agua.

Hotel com bom custo benefício. Localização ótima, com muitos restaurantes perto. Bom atendimento dos funcionários. Bom café da manhã. Quarto com tamanho legal e limpo.

A gente pegou um quarto voltado para o pátio interno, achando que teria uma vista bacana, mas acho que para a rua seria mais legal, porque o pátio interno é muito pequeno e nossa vista era para o fundo de outros prédios.

Al llegar, no tuvieron la habitación adecuada a los 3 pasajeros reservados y, al momento del check out, estaban reiterando pagos que ya habían solicitado al inicio de la estancia. Las tarjetas de acceso se desmagnetizaron después de la segunda noche. La piscina estaba cerrada y no lo informaron antes.

Localização é boa, dá pra pegar ônibus ou taxi para outros pontos da cidade, mas pelas redondezas encontra-se tudo muito caro.

Eu fiquei por 10 dias hospedada no hotel e a limpeza me incomodou um pouco. As toalhas não eram trocadas diariamente, o chão não era varrido, o lixo não era retirado, nem as louças lavadas, a única coisa que faziam diariamente era a troca dos lençóis.

We did not receive the room we booked, had to request towels, the water smelt like sulphur and our sheets were dirty when we arrived.

Reasonable stay, everything was all right but not exceptional.

Perfect location next to Punta Carretas and in a lively quarter with streets full of restaurants

Rooms renovated maybe not long ago but with many signs of use on the floor and walls. The bathroom was oldfashioned. Hotel with no business center and leisure espaces. Breakfast ok, not more than this. Staff at the reception made many mistales when codifying the keys. Cleaning staff picked shorts by mistake and got lost in the laundry.

The staff attitude very good.

Location, sleek room, nice views, staff was really kind, kitchen is well equipped considering is a hotel.

Mini bar's empty, no water or drinks at all on reception or anywhere in the hotel after restaurant close time (22 hrs). After midnight, all shops are closed so you are left without anything to drink at all. Tap water is not recommended.

Comfortable bed and room, great breakfast and good location - at walking distance from stores, markets and a shopping mall. Besides the mini fridge, the room also had some kitchenware, a microwave and a separate sink, which could be covered with a sliding door and was super useful when ordering food or just having some snacks.

Not so many energy plugs close to the bed, and none in the bathroom. The two elevators are small and the waiting can be long in busy days.

The location is good. The rooms are spacious.

All over the hotel you can see missing paint, scratches - walls, chairs, floor. If they repaint the walls, change the scratched parts of the floor, that would change the aspect significantly. It doesn't cost so much.

Location was good and breakfast was also good.

One reason for choosing this hotel was that it had air conditioning, but it didn’t work.

The breakfast was average. The pool area is old and was run down no shade .. ( Hotel needs to upgrade the photos on their website) gym non existent..rooms noisy (if you have bad guests upstairs .. you need ear muffs) property runs out of towels more than twice a week .. it takes 24 hours to get fresh towels..
