Sehr schönes Haus , mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr sauber und Stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles entspricht den Bildern im Internet ! Top Lage . Hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht !

The Villa is enormous. The main room includes a huge table (and chairs) a pool table and a full sitting room suite - all in the same room. The Villa is very well furnished, and all furniture is in excellent condition - possibly brand new. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and the bathrooms very well apponied. The pool is great - just the right blend of shallow and deep sections, and the gardens are well maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and quite - a mature pine forest - but there are a Lidl and an Aldi within a couple of minutes drive away. (And although within a forest, we were not bothered by mosquitos at all.) There is full Wi-Fi , which was surprisingly good, and relatively quick. A massive beach is only a 5 minute drive!!! Brilliant. Our host, Delfim, could not have been more helpful - he waited patiently while our car hire took two hours to obtain (that's another story) and booked us a taxi for my wheelchair-bound grandson back to the airport. He also cleaned the pool and emptied the bins regularly - he even cleaned the bar-be-que until we made sure we did it ourselves - before he could! I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Impressive villa nicely located 10 mins drive from the beach, 5 from the golf course and 20 mins from Lisbon. Shop, chemist and good restaurant located 10 mins walk away. We used all 5 bedrooms for 8 people, and everyone was satisfied. Great lounge/dining area with the TV and pool table giving all the family a relaxing time together. Lovely outside pool, garden and play area for the young children. Kitchen well equipped and all utensils provided. Owner was friendly and very helpful when contacted. Easy check in and check out. All in all a good choice for a family holiday.

Et godt indrettet hus ,med en dejlig have og pool. Huset har en god beliggenhed og kan klart anbefales til en familieferie.

We stayed for a week in June, 2 families, 7 in total including 2 small children. We had a excellent stay. Delfim is a great host and looked after any request we had. The house is exactly as pictured and the pool in particular is really nice. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay

Thank you for the nice holiday we had with our family. The house is exactly as in the pictures or even better. Very family friendly place. Delfim is so helpful and there to make sure you enjoy your holiday. Nice grocery store quite close the house and cute beach within walking distance. Few good restaurants in the area too.

We loved this home. We were with 12 persons, including a baby and 4 children, and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious and has fun activities for every age, including table football, snooker, a toddler playground and a pool. It is near the beach (5 min drive) and close to Lissabon (30 min) and other sightseeing locations.

My family and I have just had the most amazing week in Portugal. This property is beautiful. Location is perfect. Shop and restaurant/bar within 4 min walk plus beach and even an Aldi half hour walk/10 min drive away. There is even another big swimming pool facility with restaurant/bar 10min walk away. Staff are very friendly within the golf grounds even the ones on the gates when you drive onto the site. Delfim the owner is also amazing and incredibly helpful before and during your stay making sure all your needs are met and any problem sorted quickly. This home is also well equipped for children high chair, cot etc if needed. There was even a slide and play house in the garden which my son loved. We honestly had the best week and would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be booking again in the near future.

La description et les photos de la villa sont fidèles à la réalité. Elle est bien équipée (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, four, plaque, etc.). La villa est spacieuse avec 5 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain. Tout était propre à notre arrivée. Les draps et les serviettes sont changés chaque semaine. Chaque pièce est climatisée ce qui permet de réguler la température à sa convenance. Une grande table à l'extérieur nous permet de profiter des nuits douces et calmes tout en dégustant un verre de Porto et en jouant aux cartes. Une piscine entretenue, un billard pour profiter des moments calmes entre les virées à plage et les visites de Lisbonne. Un piano est disponible pour les musiciens. Le propriétaire met également à disposition un ordinateur avec une connexion à internet via wifi. Les plages de sable fin sont facilement accessibles en voiture (5-10 min). Le propriétaire, Delfim, est vraiment très sympathique. Il a rendu notre séjour vraiment très agréable. Il est disponible et répond volontiers à nos questions. Merci à lui pour tout. Séjour qui restera pour nous dans les annales :)

Wij zijn 2 weken in augustus 2015 in deze villa verbleven, 2 volwassenen, 3 oudere kinderen en een kleinzoon. De villa is groot en mooi, zowel binnen als buiten. Het is gelegen in een beschermde bosrijke compound. Er is een mooi schoon zwembad, een pooltafel en een tafelvoetbalsspel. Allemaal in uitstekende conditie. En er is WIFI (de villa is zo groot dat we binnen af en toe bereikproblemen hadden) en een laptop. De villa is groot, er zijn veel slaapkamers en badkamers en een goed toegeruste keuken. Ook schoon linnengoed is ruim voorhanden. De villa is uitgerust met overal airco, maar het gebouw is van nature zo koel dat we die ook in augustus niet nodig hadden. Het was echt genieten en heer Delfim heeft alle vragen en verzoeken netjes afgehandeld. De compound is groot en de locatie is zodanig dat de afstand tot het strand wel te lopen is, maar we waren blij een huurauto te hebben. De stranden zijn mooi en groot. We vinden het een aanrader voor grote gezinnen of groepen. Wil uit Holland

A perfect holiday for us (eight adults and two children) in a wonderful house. Delfim, the owner, was very helpful, friendly and flexible. We highly recommend this house and the Lisbon area.

This is not my first time to Charneca da Caparica. But, definitely my favourite time!!! 6 of us had a great time staying at this house. It was a lot of fun. Delfim the owner looked after us and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The great thing about the house is you can either go out and explore Lisbon/beach or stay home swim, bbq, play snooker or just like by the pool. It was great! Really recommend you staying here with your friends /family. Very reasonable price for what you get. Happy holidaying!!!
