This house in Punta Gorda is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. My wife and I spent a week there for our 24th wedding anniversary, and we were completely impressed. From the moment we walked into the house, we noticed how spotless it was. This house was so comfortable and accommodating, with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, three bedrooms, and two baths; we had plenty of room. Even if we had eight people, there was plenty of room; with four couches, everyone would've had space to spread out. All the appliances worked without any hiccups; again, they were spotless. The three-game table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong) was a lot of fun; my wife and I enjoyed playing the games. The house's outdoor area was equally impressive, offering various leisure options. The heated pool was a delightful addition, perfect for a refreshing swim. Beside the pool was a very lovely 8-person outside table with Bluetooth speakers mounted to the wall. The lounge chairs provided a comfortable spot for sunbathing, while the gas grill and firepit were great for outdoor cooking and evening gatherings. Sitting down by the canal was relaxing, and seeing some of the fish was pretty cool. They even have Adirondack chairs and lighting down by the water. They even had kayaks and bicycles available for use. We found plenty to do within a 10——to 15-minute drive, including Fisherman's Village, where there are a few restaurants and a bunch of shops.

This house was immaculate and beautiful! Perfect for our family vacation! We come to Florida twice a year to different cities and has never stayed in Punta Gorda before. This experience definitely made us want to come back! Thanks Troy for your hospitality!

Communication with owner was easy and helpful. House was exactly as shown. Very clean with nice modern decor. Pool was warm and inviting. Liked the nice touches of large thick towels, outdoor speakers, coolers, plenty of outdoor seating, ceiling fans, everything marked, bikes w/helmets, and more.

Beautiful property with all the amenities. So close to town yet a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a pool issue but it was quickly resolved by the owner. Would definitely go back!

Excellent location and home

The location was perfect.. easily accessible to drive, walk, or bike to fun places to eat and shop. We used the kayaks to tule around the canals.. so fun. We fished off the dock. The pool was a huge plus also! We would definitely go back to the same place.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could have asked for from fishing to views. Owner was great and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house with all the amenities. The host provided all of recreational equipment to enjoy the area. Unfortunately, we broke something in the house; Troy was understanding and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this house if you are visiting the area.

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this property. Holy smokes it was just like the pictures of not better. The bed was so comfy along with the bedding. We slept like babies!!! We came to just relax and unplug. This house was exactly what we needed. The pool is perfectly clean with an awesome Bluetooth speaker. We also loved the layout and how much privacy we felt. Troy was awesome! He answered all my questions and even responded within 5-10 mins!!! There was a pretty bad storm while we were there and we felt super safe, Troy even emailed the next morning to check on things….. Now the sad part, we had to Leave! lol.

We recently stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home in Punta Gorda and wished we could have stayed a month! The home is true to the photo's, the amenities are fantastic and the host is very easy to reach and helpful. The fresh flowers were much appreciated. We highly recommend this awesome home and would love to come back.

The house is set up very well. Everything is marked and easy to use. The kayaks and bikes are all very high quality and the fishing gear was a plus. We loved being able to play air hockey, pool, and ping pong. We would definitely stay again.

We’ve been building a house in Punta Gorda and have stayed in several VRBOs while checking on the house. This is by far the best property we stayed at. Great house, great location, great dock area, great amenities. Troy was very available as needed since we rode out the outer bands of Idalia during our stay. Our house is done now but we will definitely refer any visitors to the area to this house.

House was great. Everything listed in house post was accurate. Pool was very nice, plenty of comfortable beds. Was nice to have kayaks and bikes available. Checkin was super easy. Communication was great. Great host. Only thing is it would have been nice to have a baking sheet in the kitchen. So maybe an idea to add for kitchen. Will definitely keep this house in mind when we come back to PG.

Absolutely stunning property. Great location. Lots of extras… fishing poles, tackle box, bicycles, kayaks, coolers, beach chairs etc. Convenient to everything. Troy is well organized and a pleasure to deal with. Can’t wait to return.

Property was newly renovated and has a split floorplan for families with kids or 2 couples. There are new appliances, furniture, and finishes. The bikes, kayaks, and fishing gear was new or in great condition. The bathrooms were clean and fresh and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was in good working order and was clean. The dock has a long sea wall and a fishing light. My son caught a huge Black Drum off the dock that was over 24" long! I've stayed in multiple rentals on the canal in PG and between the check-in process, condition of the home, and the host's communication this was by far the best value and experience!

The house is exactly as advertised. Close to everything. Very clean, high end towels and bedding, nice furniture, pretty decor, nice grill, wonderful outdoor space, plenty of paper products and soaps, and a heated pool that heats to the temp you want (although we didn’t need it after the first day). Troy provided a helpful guest book with info about the house and tips for restaurants and nearby attractions. Troy was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautifully updated home, and well-appointed to enjoy all Punta Gorda has to offer. We walked to the nearby Punta Gorda Nature Trail and rode bikes every day. The pool and lounge chairs were great! Hubby caught several fish on the massive dock and we loved watching the fish at night on the underwater light. Excellent communication with Host. We would definitely rent again.

This was a great property that felt brand new. My family loved the canal view, the pool and the bike rides to Fisherman’s Village. We also walked to the nature park in the mornings and used the kayaks. The kids enjoyed the pool table/ping pong/air hockey. Communication with the host was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.
