Family had a fantastic time recommending to everyone

We were pleasantly surprised at how awesome this property was. We were 10 people and there was plenty of room for us and the pool/BBQ area was the bomb!

This house could not get any better the location is near a ton of awesome places to eat (Sandy’s Cafe & El Siboney two of my favorites) the beach, and Duval. Which is walkable, we did that once but uber is certainly more convenient and the prices were not expensive. The house has an amazing shared space with a huge pool and tons of seating/eating space. House is also fully equipped with a grill, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and just about anything you can think of. Towels are provided for pool and showers. Overall Alan and Jean were very responsive and have an awesome location you should stay at!

From the moment we opened the gate and walked into the beautiful courtyard we were in love! The Cathouse is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Duval that you can relax but close enough that when we wanted to go out it was a short walk or bike ride away. Alan was very communicative the entire time. Check in instructions were sent early and clear so we had no issues upon arrival. The pool was heated which was a game changer. We visited in February and had warm weather but since the garden is so lush and beautiful the pool is shaded and the water would have been chilly had it not been heated. The inside of the house was just as pictured and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook up a storm. Although the house in only a couple of blocks away from El Siboney so if you don't want to cook or go to Duval there's fantastic food just down the street! We had great neighbors staying in the unit beside ours so we spent some time talking with them and hanging out on the patio furniture. There is plenty of space for all three units to use the use the yard and pool without feeling crowded as long as everyone is friendly. Plenty of beach/pool towels were provided by our host as well which was nice. In hotels you have to use bath towels a lot of the time and they tend to be too small or not enough. I really can't say enough great things about our stay! Everyone in our party was so impressed with the house and location that we're already planning our 2025 trip!

The house was perfect for 8 of us, mix of adults, teenagers and pre-teens. Three floors, plenty of space, good layout. Outdoor area is really nice with tiki bar and gas bbq and plenty of seats. Host was even kind enough to allow us to heat the pool. Host checked in with us periodically to see if all was good which was nice. Location was great. Ran in the morning to the beach and it is walkable if you want to Duval St. or if you don’t to bc that is a bit far, it’s a short Uber ride. All in all, I highly recommend.
