A Queen bedroom in the front, a queen sofa bed in the main cabin along with the dinette that may convert if needed, and a Bunkhouse in the back with 3 single bunks and a double, The RV3 has a 3 Burner Gas Cooktop w/oven, 6 CUFT refrigerator, upgraded backsplash in kitchen; microwave, toilet, a large shower with sliding shower door, air conditioner; 32” TV; Outdoor Shower, Powered Awning with LED lights; Bluetooth stereo and speakers; outdoor kitchen w/ additional 2 burner cooktop; sink and mini fridge. We have equipped the unit with several family appropriate movies for rainy days (which hopefully you never have). Our unit is VERY WELL EQUIPPED – SERIOUSLY! Sleeping: 1 Queen, all bunks, the pull out sofa + pillows – all encased with SafeRest Premium Zippered protectors and bedding. Cooking: New “Rock” cookware; dishware & flatware, mugs, serving/prep bowls and platters, cutting boards, self-sharpening knives, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Espresso Coffee maker, salt & pepper mill, spice rack (garlic salt, steak seasoning, chicken seasoning, paprika, basil and Italian seasoning), self-contained cheese grater, Saran wrap, tin foil, cooking mitts. Staying clean: Dishsoap, cloths, garbage bags, dishrack, broom/pan, vacuum, cleaning sprays, paper towels. 2 waste cans (small for indoor). Hand soaps, hand towels, bathroom spray, extra RV Toilet paper, a shower caddy with Live Clean shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have a towel / clothes hook over the bathroom door. An extendable rack is in the storage that may be hung for outside drying once you are settled at your destination. Enjoying the outdoors 6 camp chairs, outdoor mat, mesh gazebo, Portable BBQ & tools, additional cooler (must request in advance). A first aid kit is stored in the bathroom cupboard. Safety This unit is 31" long and 7,635 lbs GVW. Renter must be equipped with the appropriate tow vehicle and hitch OR select the option to have the unit delivered to your campsite (additional charges will apply for delivery). THIS UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH A WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION AND SWAY CONTROL SYSTEM. COVID-19 : We follow all recommended guidelines to disinfect our units before and after each rental to ensure a full disinfectant cleaning of items.
