Excellent service, beautiful hotel, great view. Very good place to vacation and relax. Nice room, clean facilities, clean pool, good wifi. It has a varied menu and very delicious food. Friendly and willing staff to help. highly recommended

All the staff were kind and friendly. The foods at the restaurant is good. The jungle view is great, to it's 30 min to downtown Ubud and operates a shuttle. If i come to Bali next time, i would like to visit again

Best place we ever stayed in, the jungle view is amazing as well as the infinity pool. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the balcony has an amazing view, the bed is really comfortable and we slept like babies and also the bathroom has a bathtub with a huge window and a beautiful view. They also provide all the toiletries needed, as well as a makeup remover towel, slippers, sun hats and a cute beach bag that I loved. Everything is perfectly clean, and the staff is very welcoming, friendly and tries their best to make us happy at all times. The breakfast has a variety of dishes and is really delicious. They also provided us with snacks, tea and cocktails daily and are offering a range of activities. We really enjoyed the yoga class and learning to make offerings, as well as learning to make meboreh. We had a great stay here and we are definitely coming back to this place, it really feels like a piece of tropical heaven.

الفندق جديد ونظيف، الطاقم جداً ودودين ولطيفين، القيمة كانت جيدة مقابل الخدمة حيث كان يوجد عرض بمناسبة الافتتاح، الفطور عبارة عن منيو وكانت تحرك مختلفة ومميزة، يوجد شطاف في الحمام، الجناح جداً واسع، الاطلالة على الغابة تجربة مختلفة وجميلة

يعيبه المكان يعتبر بعيد عن وسط اوبود، ولكن جيد اذا كنت ترغب بالتجديف والبركان فهي تعتبر اسهل بالوصول في هذه المنطقة، من المطار للفندق قرابة الساعتين

They have breathtaking jungle valley view. Tangelo, the restaurant is definitely worth to try! They have a fantastic set menu for 3 courses (I find it very worth it) but I also try their tasting menu which is very delicious but more pricey. This is the best decision I’ve ever made to choose this resort as our destination!

Surprisingly, hotel location is strategic enough. Close to Jasan Waterfall, rice terrace in Sebatu (better than Tegalalang since it's become very commercials now) and some area of Holy water. Next time, I will stay longer to be able to join the other activities. Nothing I can describe about this hotel except "AWESOME!!!"

I come here with my wife and both of us really enjoying everything in Cicada.. The room is very comfortable and clean, the amenities in the room is all high standards and they dont use any plastic for it, even for the tissue papers(they use bamboo).. the breakfast is very unique because it is infinite alacarte and the quality of food is all high quality.. we order scramble egg and we get truffle shaved on it, so DELICIOUS.. the view of the resort is spectacular with a jungle view and at night we can hear a lot of cicada sound(insect) which are unique as well and very soothing.. all the staff is very friendly and care about us from beginning to end of our stay.. we also try the balinese massage, and it is fantastic.. the therapist Ratna and Eka doing a really good job to make us relax.. and we also try the dinner at tangelo, im a bit surprise of how well the food is present to us and how delicious it is.. overall my stay in cicada is fabulous, im sure will be comeback and stay for longer period next time..

Le personnel… ils sont TOUS d’une extrême gentillesse. Mention spéciale pour Kartika et Novy qui nous on vraiment touché. L’hôtel est splendide, en plein milieu de la jungle. Un confort optimal dans la chambre, avec des fruits du Gin maison, café et thé à Volonté. C’est le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Le SPA à côté de la chambre, fantastique! Ratna et Eka sont d’un grand professionnalisme… DIVIN !

Le restaurant pour le dîner. Je ne vise pas le service et l’attention du personnel qui est je le répète PARFAIT. La présentation du menu et des plats très raffiné et très élégant. Notre seule déception provient de l’assiette en elle même. C’est un point à améliorer en cuisine.

Greeted by the staff surprised me that they do have welcoming ritual with explanation about the blessing custom they did in Bali. The resort design is modern with a twist of traditional way, not to mention the snacks and welcome drink both in the lobby and in the room, as well afternoon tea and snacks in their Verdant bar Room was so spacious and extremely clean, the Valley Suite view is superb. Also they do have different kinds of coffees and teas set up in the room, just made my every morning coffee ritual in the balcony absolutely fantastic. Everyone in the resort are so friendly and family alike. They care and do utmost with our every little things needs. Definitely will come back again, thank you guys!

I recently had the most rejuvenating and memorable stay in Ubud, and it's all thanks to the incredible experience From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the enchanting ambiance. All team member is nice, warm welcome, very lovely. It has spacious area very beautiful view with infinity pool and big jacuzzi. The food is the best part perfect breakfast.
