This condo was perfect! Location to the beach, Publix, and restaurants couldn’t be better. Great balcony! Very pleased with our weekend away in Treasure Island!

This condo was exactly what we needed. Great location, just steps to the beach and publix, great restaurants and shopping options in walking distance. We will definately stay here again.

Location was great. Easy to walk to beach, store, restaurants, shops, bars. Unit was just as described and photos.

This was our second stay we also stayed in April 2022. Right next to Publix grocery and very short walk to public beach access. Treasure Island beach is known for its laid back and relaxing atmosphere. There is a Surf Style and several eating areas just a block or so way from condo. Hreay place to stay with family. Also the pool is in the shade in the later afternoon so you can enjoy hottub and swimming out of the sun. We also seen dolphin activity in the early evening form poolside. I have been to this Florida location many times and have stayed many different condos and hotels. This is officially my new favorite location to stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights due to being in town for a wedding. We had a beach view that was beautiful & the balcony had ample furniture. The kitchen is VERY narrow, to where the dish washer can’t even open all the way because it literally hits the refrigerator. However, the condo building is right next to Publix market, so it’s very easy to grab groceries for your stay. Additionally, it’s right across the street from the Treasure Island beach access. Thus, the location is great! Two of the rooms had king size beds with en-suite bathrooms. One of two negatives was that the floor didn’t seem very clean in the condo unit. Briefly after we arrived, I had to vacuum because I could feel stuff on my feet. The second negative was that the hallway to the elevator & the elevator itself are not air conditioned & they’re extremely humid/hot. The elevator is also very slow. The property management company was also pretty quick to respond. Despite those few things, we would stay here again.

Noisy elevator that can be heard from one of the main bedrooms every time it goes up and down. Minor repairs like damage on doors and walls have not been repaired. Black mold or soap scum in the showers that was only sealed over.

This property is very conveniently located next to a Publix and across the street from the beach. You can walk to many restaurants/bars as well as a couple of shopping stores. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. This unit faces the street so it is very loud on the lanai/porch. There is a lot of traffic that is loud because it echoes between the buildings. The unit is also next to the elevator so in the bedroom located next to elevator, you can hear the compression of the elevator going up and down during the day and night. The unit also has a very small galley kitchen. You cannot fit more than two people in the kitchen at one time. You also cannot open the dishwasher all the way as it hits the refrigerator door because it is so tight. Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as we had hoped for. There were dirty utensils put away & heavy dust on the back of the doors and all along the baseboards (which you could tell had not been wiped down anytime recently).There was also mold in and around one of the shower doors. It was disappointing & gross. Another shower door would not shut all the way it would seal on the bottom, but not on the top. The refrigerator doors were scraped up on the outside and had multiple stains on it. You could tell that this is a property management unit and not an owner unit. The unit has cheaper furniture as well as kitchen appliances. The dishes are all mismatched along with the utensils. When we got there, the chairs on the porch had three of them broken (where you put your bottom was busted through so someone would have hurt themselves had they sat down and fallen through). The property management did replace them the next day due to a text I sent them. They also offered to come re-clean the unit however, we had moved all of our items in already, and I did not feel like watching someone clean my unit while I was on vacation. Overall, for the money that was spent on this unit for the week, it was not worth it when we have spent less money on other properties that have been cleaner as well as had more personal touches & a more conducive kitchen. It was conveniently located, which was appreciated and we enjoyed our time on Treasure Island. However, we will not go back to this property.

We really enjoyed the stay. Location was great, beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Would definitely come back. Just an FYI for the property management, the outside dining chairs are on their last leg and the master shower head shot a small stream of water out the shower stall (nothing a towel couldn’t control). Neither of these minor issues dampened the stay or I felt need to be addressed immediately so I didn’t reach out to management during the stay).

Eric (from maintenance) was prompt and helpful in our service requests, which were many during our one month stay. We give cleanliness a zero rating upon our arrival. We had a 3-bed, 3-bath condo. Our socks got filthy dirty when we walked around the apartment. The microwave was atrocious because something had exploded inside before our arrival and had not been cleaned. Vents worked, but we’re very dusty. Showers had mold around flooring and no grab bars. However, when we asked for a vacuum cleaner, one was promptly given to us. Our condo was right next to the Publix supermarket (which was so handy) and across the street from the large gulf beach. We spent many sunsets walking along that beautiful sandy beach.

We needed a place to house and entertain family from out of town and it worked perfectly.

A really lovely apartment located perfectly for the beach, restaurants and shopping amenities. All in all a good stay and if I were to come to the area again, I would stay at Treasure Island. Thank you for hosting us!

Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay and the closeness to the beach and Publix’s. Kids loved the pool and we saw dolphins while swimming in the pool. Amazing! The only downside was beds were extremely hard and we all woke up hurting and there was multiple outlets that did not work making it hard to charge things. Especially in the master bathroom with the view, didn’t work at all. Still we very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time overall. The location and view were nice. The place did have some issues on cleanliness. 1st thing we did upon arrival was take the time to clean the place. Especially the master shower had black stuff run down the walls and on the floor. The washer and dryer tore some of our clothing and the over does not work very well. Overall we had a nice time. We spent most of our time at the beach.

Property size was perfect for our family Location couldn’t have been better Condo could use some updating, the master mattress and one of the singles were uncomfortable. The dishwasher couldn’t be opened fully and the hall bath toilet paper roll fell off. The smoke detector battery was sounding from 2am until maintenance was able to come change the battery. It was great to have such a large balcony and a washer and dryer. We would stay again. Thank You

Overall I can summarize our stay but saying: We’ll return. The communication established with the property manager from the get go to the end was AWESOME. The apartment location is a plus and convenient to everything that you look forward during your vacation. We’ll definitely recommend this property.

Overall was pretty good. was woken up twice due to construction on the building. Very stingy on the toilet paper.

Overall the stay worked for us. I wish we had known about the very noisy construction. We were unable to enjoy the balcony (a major selling point). Even early mornings before construction began, we had smokers below us who prevented us from sitting on the balcony.

The unit had everything we needed. Location was great and amenities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
