Loved the location. Beautiful property from reception to pool to villa and especially the beach. Very clean & well maintained throughout. Well appointed villa with expansive beach views. Only suggestions would be better responses from management group. 2 text messages to them did not receive any reply, so called front desk who then contacted management group to address minor issues. Loved the private grill & terrace area which included out door shower and private laundry room. One concern also was maintenance man accessed private terrace without notice, which raised concerns of privacy given outdoor shower is fully open. Wouldn't want to be showering with maintenance just showing up via staff only accessible stairs. What a disconcerting thought. Beach attendant,Wilford was a daily pleasant face to see & talk with while enjoying the beach. Location a great plus for walking to dine, shop and sightsee. That being said, i would definitely return for longer visit in the future.

This property was exactly as described ….. beautiful, clean, spacious with wonderful amenities. The owner was quickly responsive to any questions. We had no issues and an amazing stay. We would gladly return.

Fantastic views, great location and well appointed accommodations made this trip a great experience. Will be back but make sure we stay longer.

This property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, conveniently located to dining and shops. Additional highlights: well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed (including blender for frozen drinks). Very large balcony with panoramic view. Upper outside area a bonus with grill. It is a quiet property which we prefer. Extremely easy beach access, large pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and more. A little noise from a local bar (music) at night but AC hum drowns it out. Found mattress in master too soft and in 2nd bedroom too hard but that is personal preference.

Note that the units here are individually owned so make sure to look at specific unit you are renting. Location is great and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach area is very nice with chairs and umbrellas always available and drink / food service on the beach. Nice bikes available to use for free. The gym is TINY and only holds 2 people - basically a big closet. Our unit was 404 and very nice unit that was well maintained, clean and well appointed with full kitchen, spices, laundry ( and detergent ), and amazing outdoor patio ( partially covered ) with comfortable seating. The view from the unit is incredible. Only negative is that the mattress in the master bedroom is horrible with no back support ( almost like an elephant slept in the bed and crushed the center of the mattress ) and I would only stay there again if it has been replaced. Other than that, great unit.

We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Nice pool and incredible location. Will be back!

Great spot, awesome beach.

This was our first visit to the Turks and Caicos. We loved it! The villa was superb. Well furnished, clean, modern and comfortable. The manager Sandeep at Villa Renaissance was always available and ready to help in any way. All of the staff were friendly and service oriented. The location was perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beach and Pool chairs and umbrellas were readily available to guests.. Weather was very good- 83 during the day and high 70’s at night. We cant wait to return!
