Comfy beds -patio doors in all the rooms - comfy settees - close to shops - premier in walk in fridge - lovely sandwich shop - best breakfast sandwiches - heating all set to come on in the morning - perfect in every way possible - on the picture of this house it is 3 separate houses .

Property spread over 3 floors, so very spacious. clean and comfortable.

I like the interior decor was as exactly shown in the pictures. Great kitchen too and rooms

The sitting room had no curtains or blinds so we were not comfortable chilling downstairs because we felt “open”/watched. There was an issue with the heating and most of my guests left earlier than planned because they were uncomfortable The staff was not helpful because even though they sent someone and a plumber to check what the problem was later on, it was needless because the two folks that came did not fix the problem and the customer care I spoke with tried to gaslight me about it as if it’s my fault that the heating was not on. Zero responsibility nor accountability taken for the poor service and uncomfortable stay. They also didn’t get back to me to try to at least assuage my feelings. I was the one following up and sending emails. I do not recommend

Clean, modern and close to amenities. Good value for money.

Storage bin outside property could be better situated. Would limit parking if fully occupied.

The actual house and pricing of it is impeccable, split amongst the total number of people the house allows it was £40 per person for a night.

New build, so the showers + bathrooms began leaking through the roof of each floor. Water coming out through the fire alarms. Not great communication with host about this - despite them sending help right away, we wouldn’t have known unless we by chance were already standing outside. From a safety perspective, it’s best to let the people in the house know beforehand.

Beautiful house, extremely comfortable, great equipped kitchen and location, comfortable beds, enough hanging space for clothes, worked perfectly for our two family's. Super easy check-in and check-out, would stay here again.

My only negative is there is no clothes airer to dry laundry after using the washing machine, but hopefully, the owner can easily sort this :-)
