Super cute, VERY clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything! Property manager is very attentive and responds quickly. Has just about everything you need in the kitchen (except bowls and wine glasses, lol) We came for a ballet intensive and will recommend this house to anyone that will be coming back here!

We had a wonderful stay! Hosts thought of everything (coffee, snacks, full length mirrors, books, makeup area, wifi, tv's in all rooms, games, etc) and most importantly it was extremely clean! Loved the vibe and decorations as well!

Super clean, comfy beds, beautifully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the snacks upon welcome. Will be staying here again if we’re ever in Monroe.

Mary was great at communicating with us, the house was immaculate, lots of little touches like a mini snack bar and a few bottles of water in the fridge were a nice surprise when we got in late, we had plenty of linens for a family a 5 for the weekend, the kids loves the air hockey table and more! Our family will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The Cozy Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Everything from start to finish was perfection. Definitely recommend this host and this property!

We traveled to Monroe for our friend’s wedding and had a great time staying here. The neighborhood was close to everything and quiet. The house itself was very clean and had enough room for all of us. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting!
