The hotel was very clean and nice, our Room was great but window view was ugly side of building that we never open the curtains. Service was good, always very helpful.

This was such a wonderful hotel! The photos don’t do it justice. We arrived to Toledo, weary after a train and car trip from Barcelona to be welcomed by the wonderful staff and a glass of cava. The rooms were well appointed and the location is ideal right next to the cathedral. We ate breakfast there and could not have been happier. My only note is that with two gluten free allergies in our group, they ran out of gf breakfast items on day two.

The front desk staff were very helpful and professional, the rooms were clean and nice, and the building is very close to one of the main cathedrals in Toledo as well as a major shopping area which was very nice.

Amazing helpful staff

The hotel is recently opened and in perfect condition. The ambiance is special. The rooms are small however and the deluxe vista category is neither. I had to upgrade to a suite to get a room with a real view. The suite was spectacular, with a balcony and.view of the Cathedral and city. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Location convenient for sightseeing, however, unloading and loading luggage must be done almost a sloping block away. Vehicles can not approach hotel entrance.

Great Oasis in the City

An excellent tastefully designed place near the Cathedral. The street is quiet but very close to the Cathedral and all the major sites of old Toledo. Our room was spacious, clean and convenient. The only minor issue was a bit oddly arranged power switches in the room but this is no big deal. Overall, this is a wonderful place to be.

We paid extra for a room with a view but had no view. The main windows looked out on to a neighbouring wall, a few centimetres away. The fixtures were haphazard (for example light switches which were completely the wrong way around/mislabelled). The advertised pool was non existent (just a plunge bath that had to be paid for separately for each use). There was little attention to detail and it felt as though the hotel was constantly cutting corners (e.g. no pen and paper in the room to jot things down). The internet was a complete joke and only worked about 50% of the time when we tried to use it.

Location, convenience, spotless clean, nice reception staff

The Parador is fabulous! Well apointed rooms, excellent sevice, and located in the heart od the old city. Just try to get rm. 509. Views of the castle at night.

We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Also the room was comfortable, clean and lovely. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. Worth every penny. Location cannot be beat. Views if you get them are stunning. Probably not the easiest to navigate to and from if you're not comfortable walking.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff

What a wonderful hotel. Created from 7 medieval houses, as you walk through you can see in the undercroft cisterns and other archaeological remains. Staff at reception were very helpful, providing map and suggestions on best things to see and do. Our room with a small terrace was a good size with an incredibly comfortable bed. The room was well furnished with a kettle, a coffee maker, robes and plenty of storage space. Our terrace had two chairs and a lovely view over the town and the hills in the distance. Bath had a monsoon shower over it and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra but was of a very high quality with a huge choice of breads, meats, cheese, salads as well as hot food. We didn't use the spa, too busy sightseeing. All in all a superb stay and value for money too. I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away.

Beautiful and historic building.

Location was perfect - a couple of minutes from the cathedral. A beautiful merge of four courtyard house with very tasteful decor. Bedroom tasteful but small even for me as one person. No armchair although there was a writing table and chair. Breakfast was good with supplementary options.Complimentary cava and marzipan (a local specialty) in reception which was a nice touch. However, you have to pay €25 to use the spa pool area which was very disappointing.

The property is amazing and the staff professional. One of the nicest hotels ever stayed at.

What an exquisite spot of luxury, nestled in the middle of Old Town Toledo! The staff was so helpful, which was especially appreciated given our limited Spanish, and the spa was amazing! We will definitely stay again if we ever return.
