We've been coming Lake Chelan every year in August for the past 4 years and had another great trip. The house is really well done and the location between Chelan and Manson is perfect. The access to the water is some the best we've had and the hot tub near the lake is great for the kids to jump in the lake then hustle in to the tub to warm up. The views of the water from the deck made it easy to be outside, while still in the shade, and watch the kids swim and play in the water. Like every VRBO we've rented the kitchen knives need to be sharpened (we now just bring our own) and being right on the highway made it slightly loud at night so we didn't open the windows to cool down the house at night. Overall it was a great stay in a really cool house!

We were excited for this vacation with family and friends. We had two families, 8 guests total, and the house suited us well with tons of space for adults upstairs and plenty of room for the kids downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside areas and were able to relax and take advantage of everything. Upper deck was great to have coffee and mimosas and the lower deck was great to watch the kids splash around in the lake and later catch the sunset. The house was well cleaned and stocked. Hosts had great communication throughout and provided some really good restaurant and winery recommendations in their welcome packet. We would love to come back and highly recommend this home.

My four children and husband spent five glorious nights here in mid June. It was absolutely fantastic. The views from the house/deck are one of a kind, including the sunsets and we were lucky enough to catch a lightening storm. There are two neighbors but we only saw a few people all week playing on the dock next door. The docks were perfect for the kids to jump off and play on the lily pad, paddleboard, etc. It is very quiet, slept well and the beds are very comfortable. House has pretty much anything you may need. (no life jackets however.) We actually had professional family portraits done right there at the house and they turned out beautiful! (I wish I could post a pic!). Can't wait to put them on our Christmas Cards this year. I cannot recommend this place more!

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and extended our stay by a day because we loved it! Owners are very responsive and great to work with. The Lake Chelan area is really neat, and the views of the Caribbean like blue green water and mountains from this house are just gorgeous! We hung out on the upper deck a lot and enjoyed the sound of the water, and the passing boaters and jet skiers. Immaculately maintained. Had everything we needed in terms of dishes, pillows, throws etc. Proximity to the town of Chelan was fantastic...just 10 mins away. No house is perfect for every family, so I also like to share some details we didn't enjoy so that it may help others decide if it is right for them. The stairs are a doozy, taking luggage up and down them is tough; location of the house doesn't allow for fencing in the front or back however, I do wish that both openings of the upper deck were enclosed with gates as they are too open to the driveway and would make it a lot more comfortable for people with young kids or those with special needs and even give that sense of comfort a boundary brings; two neighbors are close, one almost adjoining this house to its left - we were lucky they weren't around, but you are aware of them especially on the lower deck or through some windows; few of the photos were taken with a fish eye lens so expect a compact version of some spaces like lower deck and living room. Overall, fantastic and we loved it!

The beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and we woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated every morning. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even provided us with a list of recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Rocky Point Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Lake Chelan. We can't wait to come back!

Well equipped lake house. Comfortable furnishings and stocked kitchen. Easy to work with hosts. Nice location between Chelan and Manson. Amazing views from the huge windows and expansive deck!

It was a beautiful home with great amenities. The house comfortably accommodated a group of 10 of us with toddlers and a dog. The view was great and the hot tub was excellent for our winter stay.

Out of town family were thrilled.

Beautiful location, close to hiking trails, wineries. Heads up regarding spiral staircase - the vertical bars holding the railing were about a foot apart so small children and pets need to be carried up and downstairs so they don’t fall through the bars.

Beautiful property with well stocked kitchen. Huge windows allowed plenty of sunlight to enter the house. Loved the backyard and private dock area. Very good for swimming!

Our small family of three had a wonderful week at the house. Enjoyed swimming and easy trips to both Chelan and Manson. Home is comfortable, quiet and private.

We enjoyed staying at the Rocky Point house. Everything was clean and organized and the views were amazing. The communication with the property managers was quick and easy and would highly recommend staying here.

The photos of this property are spot on in capturing the beauty and unparalleled location of this home. What made our stay truly fantastic was the attention to detail and presentation in this home, the property management team really thought of everything! From extra towels to obscure kitchen utensils, the organization and intention made our stay a breeze. A great spot on the lake to soak in the sun and relax!

This spacious, 3-level lakefront gem was perfect for our visit to Lake Chelan. It was super-comfortable and had gorgeous views across the lake to the western shore. It was quite private and located conveniently between Chelan and Manson. Finally, the fact that we could bring along our furry friend (our dog Pepper!) made for the perfect getaway!

The property located right at the front of lake and all the facilities were well maintained, cleaned, especially the bed quality is better than most of other hotels. You can get immediate response from the management representative to address any concerns. I would like to simply say that the property is actually much better than the photos you guys can see! The jacuzzi was clean, the grill was also from Weber brand and kept it so cleaned. Wish we can return during the summer season because we were actually inside the property only due to the snowing weather condition. I and our whole family highly recommend here! One last thing, hope the basement light to be little bit more bright.

We enjoyed our stay in this property overall but as a family who loves to cook our own meals, we found the kitchen to be very ill-equipped with very old pots and pans that were not even safe to cook in. If the owner provides a nicer set of kitchen pans and pots including a kettle for boiling water, we would try to stay here again.

This property was a dream for us! The access to the lake made it all a dream come true! The kids (ages 5-16) were in the lake within 10 mins of arriving and they all had the best time! Inside amenities were first rate and beautiful decor! We would recommend this location to anyone!

For 40 years we have visited Lake Chelan in the summer and this was one of our favorite spots. We took my parents and our teens and the place was perfect for all of us.

We had a great time and enjoyed being right on the lake!
