My family and I had a lovely stay at Flashback Cabin. The property was very well located and easy to get to from downtown Pigeon Forge while still having beautiful mountain views. We had 14 people with a mix of adults and children under 12 plus a baby and we all fit fairly comfortably in the cabin. The pictures make it seem a little larger than it is but we managed well. Our host was quick to respond to all of our messages and overall we would recommend Flashback Cabin for a great place to stay during a trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg!

Pleased with the cabin, it was exactly as described. It was perfect size for our family and easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions.

The entire process was easy, and the cabin was as expected. I didn't get my code (or it went to spam), but a quick note to the owner, and they called me with it before I could even stress. The Cabin provided more than ample space for 6 adults and 5 kids, and the space was great as we were there for nearly a week. I would recommend if you want to be certain of a quality house, that delivers as expected.

This house was perfect for our 4 unit family! There are great spaces to hang, allowing for kids early bedtimes and adults late night :). RJ was super accommodating decorating the house for Christmas - again for us - even though our stay was mid-January and even though they had already taken down the decorations! Details even down to the code he picked for the door to allow easy memory upon re-entry during our stay. Also, great location, quick access to Pigeon Forge without having lots of switchbacks to deal with! It Still felt remote though! We are looking forward to being back! Thank you to RJ and the team for making our stay GREAT!

Despite not receiving the email containing the unlock code to the door, contacting the manager and receiving the code that way made up for not having it initially. The property was beautiful with great views. It was also very clean, despite a minor insect problem. The wifi worked great on the top two floors but could really use a booster for the bottom floor. The thermostat on the main floor was not working due to dead batteries, but a maintenance guy came that night and replaced the batteries for us because apparently the cheap batteries that my fiancé bought were not strong enough to power the device. Anyways, it was spacious enough for our party of 13 and it was our first time gathering as a family away from our homes. I believe I speak for everyone when I say that it was a great experience and a very nice and clean cabin. Will definitely be considering a return trip in that very same cabin in the future.

This cabin was perfect for our family. It was in a great location and was very clean. The views were awesome, would definitely stay here again.

Our group of friends (6) had a very fun and comfortable stay. There were plenty of bed options, fun activities, easy to use tv service options, and close to the parkway. RJ was very quick to respond to any messages and provided great customer service.

The cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub on chilly nights. There were no issues with the booking process; very easy. The location is great; easy to get to and close to everything. However we did have some rowdy neighbors that did not respect the posted quiet time for 11p-7a. Overall we had a great time and would come again!

I love the Cabin but it had cockroaches.

The cabin was in a great location, just a short distance from the main strip. Both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were easily accessible. The view was beautiful, and it’s also super close to the community pool. RJ checked in multiple times, and we had a great experience at the cabin! We would stay again for sure!

This property is in a great location, pretty much on the line between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which made travel convenient. Spacious enough for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The bathtub in the master was super clean and the jets worked wonderfully. The shuffleboard was enjoyed by all during our trip. When we arrived there was no sand on the table but within a few minutes the cleaning crew delivered some without us even having to ask. They were aware it was needed and brought it right over. Great house. Only downfall is that the noise echoes to the third story pretty heavily.

Cabin is in a community that is close to everything (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, National Forest) but hidden away in the mountains so you get to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the mountains. Each house is surrounded by trees so you honestly don't even realize you're near other houses. The community has a beautiful pool which we enjoyed almost every day after our hikes since the summer weather was so warm. The house is accurately described and spacious enough for everyone. RJ was prompt with communication (questions we had in advance of our trip) but honestly we didn't really need anything because the house had all we needed. Highly recommend this property for your stay in the mountains.

Many activities available right in the cabin- billiards, arcade games, shuffle board. Beds very comfortable, showers are terrific- pressure, shower head, clean. Spacious, very nice view, love lower level. Washer and dryer easy to use and efficient. Nice hot tub and kitchen nicely appointed. Obviously, we liked the place, and we‘re not family of the owner!

The Owner was great! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We took our extended family along for our daughter's Senior Spring Break. All together there was 11 of us ages 14+. We never once felt over crowded. A few things could be updated such as benches at the dining table and a few drawers in dressers but most of us lived out of our luggage anyways. Overall great experience!!

We had a wonderful time at Flashback. Very clean, lots of room and plenty of things to entertain everyone. Comfortable furniture, well set up kitchen, plenty of towels. We enjoyed our long weekend in the mountains.

Property was nice, however , a lot of things needed repairing . Needs some TLC, but overall was a good stay.

This cabin is close to everything! There was a wonderful view from the home, but it was only a 5 minute drive from Pigeon Forge and the entrance to the parkway to Gatlinburg. Very clean . Nice appliances . Lots of sources of entertainment in the home.

The location is great - it's on the edge of Pigeon Forge and just outside of the park and Gatlinburg. The resort area is clean and felt safe. The cabin itself is decent overall, but it's showing signs of wear. The shuffleboard table was worn/damaged to the point that you couldn't use it. The pool table in the loft was nice, but the space was too small to actually play - they provided mini-pool sticks to use in the tight areas. The hot tub had a damaged panel that was an eye sore. While we were there the water heaters quit working. We came home from a 13 mile hike to no hot water. After contacting the owner this was resolved in a few hours - no issues there, things happen. The freezer also went out which ruined all of the frozen items that we had and also prevented us from making/using ice for our stay. For this the owner simply said that they couldn't locate a new fridge/freezer in time to replace it before our stay was over with no further assistance offered. Not a 5-star cabin in its current state.

The cabin exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. All you have to do is bring your food, drinks and miscellaneous extras for meals. The location is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. Easily accessible to everything. Our group of 8 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children (ages 6-12) were very comfortable. The only comment we would have is that the bedding was scented with a heavy floral scent which could cause issues for anyone with asthma or other breathing issues. It was not an issue for my family. We highly recommend this property!

We visit pigeon forge quite often and this was by far the BEST cabin we've stayed in!! The main deck has an amazing sunrise and sunset view. We had plenty of room for our large party of 15 people without anyone feeling crowded. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for use of all the beds and in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was great, he was very quick to respond to even the smallest questions during our entire stay. I will honestly say that the road to the property might be a little unnerving to those without experience driving through the mountains but for us we didn't mind it. There was enough parking for 4 cars in front of the cabin and a large overflow parking area down by the community pool. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone we know and we will most definitely be back again.

The experience that we had staying at this property was amazing. I do not think we have ever had a more convenient check in or booking experience. The property and home was beautiful and just as described. My husband and I loved the views and hot tub for the relaxation that we were needing and the kids loved the overall experience. We drove 13 hours to Pigeon Forge and this made every bit of the drive worth it. Thank you...

Place was great, just enough room for us with the three levels.. not a far drive to anything!! It’s a bummer we didn’t see any bears but overall great experience

The property was just as pictured. Everything was perfect., it was clean, it had everything we needed for our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely come back to this cabin.

We had a fabulous time in the cabin. It was clean, well stocked with games and the hot tub was perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The cabin was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely come back again.

This was a fantastic property with breathtaking views. The unit is fully furnished and conversing with RJ made it easy. Well worth the trip with a seamless check-in process. Things to keep in mind is that the second payment could not be done through VRBO, but through a third party property management group. I was unfamiliar with the process, but talking with RJ made it simple and painless. The other thing is that the pool table is a little too large for the space which makes some angles for the shot you want very difficult without bumping into a wall or post. Not a big deal if you just want a little bit of fun. Lots of goody in this rental, book it!
