We had an excellent experience here! Very clean and the property managers were so responsive. It was close to town and trails, as well as walking distance to lake Pagosa for fishing. Very comfortable hike for a family with young kids. The only thing we would recommend is more outdoor seating :)

This property was close to town and great hiking trails. Just what we were looking for in a vacation home. Only drawback was very spotty internet service.

Nice updated house. Really enjoyed walking to the lake. Everything worked as it should. Was nice to have some spices and a few things in the cabinet. Overall I would recommend.

I walked about 5 miles every day and it was safe and beautiful. Only about 10 minutes to town.

The house is clean and well organized. We like the kids bedroom the most with lots toys and games for the kids. The management team is quick to response to any need. We enjoy the stay and have a good time.

The 2 queen beds have amazingly comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is more than amply stocked with dishes and silverware. The only downside was this rental was listed as a sleeps 8 - which required the use of an air mattress ( provided by the rental) for our group. Unfortunately we did not have room to effectively accommodate the mattress. Everything else was A plus
