Rooms were spacious, nice open plan kitchen dinning and lounge area, small garden for kids to get fresh air, safe kids play area and pool.

No cleaning facility provided and was not even informed until I queried it, no curtain or blind in a dinning area, beds and towels were not changed since we got there and we stayed from Monday to Friday yet there was a locked wardrobe with linen🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. We go out to relax not to resume with house chores somewhere else good people🙏🙏

Everything about the place.. very clean and newly furnished.amneties are well kept and easily accessible.the fully furnished kitchen makes you feel at home ...my friends have already booked to stay in this place as i told to them how wonderful it was.

Curtains could do with a lining or lace curtain. I think there was a construction or renovations being done . in the morning it could be a bit noisy (nothing that the host could have control over? Also the freezer part of the fridge needs defrosting.

Not enough hot water to shower 4 people.at night curtains were see through.could see lights from other buildings. Entry was difficult at gate. Too many stairs to climb 4 floors. Main bedroom shower too small. No dstv .

Climbing 4 flights of stairs with luggage to the apartment, not told the apartment was on the top floor and not asked if we had any disability. View from one side was the building under construction, and the other side was a sports field under construction. No patio furniture. Curtains were see through, we had to block with towels to block the sun in the morning. There is a pond with super noisy frogs, we had to use earplugs to enable us to sleep. No linen change supplied and no cleaning services for our 9 days stay. There was no refill of amenities like toilet paper. The worst was the uncomfortable beds that were like wood benches and pillows, which were also hard and uncomfortable. There was no side bed table for the main bedroom. We had to use the dining chair as a side bed table

Absolutely gorgeous interior! The apartment is close to ideal restaurants and Ballito hotspots.

The apartment was perfect. Everything provided for. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, smart TV, the works. Close to all amenities...the mall and the beach. Security was also good.

I didn't like the fact that we paid R1000 extra for cleaning but the apartment was not cleaned on the daily...one had to do the cleaning themselves, towels not changed, bed not done toilet paper not refilled. The curtains were very light so when the sun rises you also wake up because the sun is shining in the main bedroom. We stayed for 3 nights.

When you go out for a walk not using your car the securities take your picture i wasn't comfortable with that but had to abide.. The POPI Act doesn't approve such

Everything. The kids enjoyed the uncapped wifi and Netflix. The backyard was really peaceful. The apartments are safe, sitting outside till late was no biggie.

The property is in a lovely location and it is very clean.

I love everything about the unit except the bed. The beds are very uncomfortable.
