Spacious, minimalist sea view

The host provided a lot of conditions which made us worry, they clearly have had some bad experiences with the guests. For the price of the property we did expect there to be a little more dialog and friendliness but we were really given the bare minimum of communication and a lot of warnings about damage to the property with a request for a surprise deposit. Which would have been better if we were informed about this before we had committed to stay. We had an unfortunate experience when we discovered a homeless person living next to our car in their car park which had cameras but no security. The homeless person made a considerable amount of mess that go onto our car - I will leave what happened to your imagination. We informed the host of the experience but there was little to no communication until quite a lot later. No offer to help clean the mess or to call anyone to move him along - we were very much left to fend for ourselves in this situation - to be honest not much could have been done but a phone call and some advice would have gone a long way. We also charged our car using the EV facility as part of the car space - this worked fine until we had a parking space visitor, but then there was a fault which meant that we no longer were able to remove our cable from the wall. We contacted the host via messenger and their initial reaction was that this was not their problem despite it being on their property. We put a lot of time trying to solve the issue but we were informed by someone that the plug cannot be removed without power going to the unit - this we were later (much later) informed by the host could not be done until 2nd January which meant that we were now without a cable - they did offer to post this to us but we would have appreciated a little more effort to help with this situation. As a conclusion I would not stay at this property again with the current hosts managing it and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Water supply was interrupted in bathrooms due to water authorities repairing the main water pipeline on road.

Lovely apartment in a prime location, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, private parking is a real bonus.

Not directly related to the property but if you have two cars, parking for a second vehicle is very difficult, the immediate area is permit parking only and although there is a carpark close by it would work out quite expensive.
