Best stay we have ever had! The home was spotless, had everything we needed and more! The location is amazing, canal on two sides of the home where we saw dolphins, manatees and enjoyed fishing everyday. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and convenient stores. Communication with the property manager Cindy, was easy and she was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back!

Location is great and home is nicely furnished. The waterway is lovely and sunsets are gorgeous. The trip with our grandchildren to visit Kennedy Space Center was a hit! The house is near restaurants and lots of shops too… we enjoyed PaPa Vito’s and Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster and Seafood.

Our stay was perfect, there were not complaints other than a simple suggestion. There should be an option for a heated pool as that was part of the piece that drew us to rent this property and the pool was unusable. We were 6 55+ Adults and are hoping to return to Cocoa Beach yearly. We would consider this property as a rental option each year, but prefer a heated pool. The house was very accommodating, very clean and beautiful. The property itself is amazing and we even got to see Dolphins in the mornings and manatees in the evenings right outside the door. I will certainly tell our family and friends. A BBQ would also be helpful as a cooking option for multiple people. Otherwise this was a PERFECT vacation start for us and very close to the cruise terminal, so extra convenient. Thank you Cindy for being so accommodating and easy to reach.

Birds, Dolphins, Manatees and do not forget your fishing poles. Schedule your trip around a rocket launch. Close to everything beachy.

Quiet neighborhood where you can walk to everything you need. Sit outside and watch the playful dolphins and manatees swim past. one mile to Cocoa Beach Country club and a quick walk to the beach. Great place to stay!

Very clean canal house - kudos to the housekeeping staff. Interesting old school layout but it worked really well for us. Exceptional view/windows to the canals. Saw dolphins and manatees every day, plus many Pelicans, Ibis, Egrets, Osprey, etc. Pool is smaller than it appears in the photos - it's a quick-dip-to-cool-off kind of setup, which is all good, and just how it photographs. The multiple TV and living areas were a bonus. We used the house for out of town business guests and as a home base for training. The WiFi was great! Beds and linens were fine. Powered shutters were great for holding off the late afternoon sun. Would have loved a larger outdoor living space / patio near the kitchen and patio sliders - maybe the owners will add that in the future, as they haven't had this place very long it seems Little snafu with the power lock during check in but the manager was all over it, quick to respond, and that's just how those things are sometimes. 100% pleased with the stay and the management. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Fellow VRBO owner going on ~12 years with higher end properties - this is a clean property that has great views to wow out of town guests and doesn't break the bank.

The word ‘idyllic’ is used a lot but it truly applies to this property on the Banana River. You can sit outside and enjoy a panoramic view in all directions seeing manatees, dolphins, herons and pelicans. Yet it is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Cocoa. This area has a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops. Live music in many places. The house is very clean and comfortable. Lots of large glass windows allow you to be inside and still enjoy the views of the Banana River. Quick and helpful responses from management company. Great communicators. We rented it over New Years and loved it so much that we returned 10 days later for another 5 night stay.
