A lovely short stay - love it thre and your hotel great location so any offers coming up for couple always like to know we live in Somerset - and can come down short notice - pay direct -food was excellent too and staff. Very helpful helene cox

Always nice have two chairs in room for tv only one desk chair - that’s it all good

We were very lucky to be upgraded and the Selfridge Suite was incredible. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The parking was a great bonus.

Unfortunately breakfast we found disappointing. There were no menus advising of options and I am not sure if we had a new member of staff but she did not seem as knowledgeable and we ended up with things on our plate we asked not to be there and missing other items we had asked for with no one coming to check while we were eating. I will say however the quality of the food that we did have was lovely.

Small hotel, friendly staff, quite & clean.

Twin beds pushed together, no hairdryer, but when I asked for one, they provided one. No iron or ironing board. Tv small & too low down on wall.

Lovely clean and comfortable. Amazing staff. Wonderful restaurant and a great breakfast.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations

We have had good visits prior to shift in ownership 1.9.23. The hotel is still in a good location for us.

We booked the hotel and wanted to pay with vouchers. To our great surprise they were deemed invalid by the new owners and we were basically asked to leave or pay fresh for the weekend. The discussion with the new owners ended flat with no understanding or acceptance of our predicament so we left with a huge disappointment. Luckily we had family nearby so we could avoid further costs as we had already paid for our stay, but with vouchers which suddenly were invalid. It was not the pre-Christmas spirit and anniversary celebration we came to enjoy! Yes, you understand this correctly, we will not return to Bute or recommend it to anyone!
