Awful accommodation. Stains on bedding, sofa, sealing falling down in main bedroom, black mould on walls, awful smell in wardrobes & fridge. Just felt overall unclean. Would not recommend at all

Great location, a 15 minute walk to the troubadour theatre to see starlight express. The apartment is very spacious and light with all of the facilities that you need and a big fridge and freezer. We cooked our meals there whilst staying. Great shower and big bath and really nice shower gel etc provided. Comfy beds.

The parking situation is very confusing and I was stressed about that and that we hadn’t received the door code but the code was sent through just as we arrived. We parked on the street all weekend without any issues. Apparently if there is an event on at Wembley stadium it’s permit holders parking only. So you need to check this online. Communication was very slow about the door code and parking and whether it is a clean air zone. I did have to pay a ULEZ charge as we were in a low emissions zone, it’s £12.50 per day that you are driving in the area, you don’t have to pay for days that you are parked up. More information and communication about this from the owners would be helpful. There is some damp and peeling paper in the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the sitting room had a big stain on it. But it wasn’t really a problem for us and we had a great weekend and generally liked the apartment.

The directions for finding the place are poor. Adding LAWNS COURT would majorly help! Could be a little cleaner and it's in need of a paint job especially in the double bedroom

Good and near location for Events at Wembley stadium! For England a big flat, everything there you need for a stay,also good WiFi ,easy to get into the building

The garden is not well prepared, don't even possible to hang out there ! No shower or shampoos in the boxes A little renovation in the sleeping room at the wall would be nice But overall a good stay

Okay for just staying the night. We did not spend much time in the accomodation during the day. Bathroom and kitchen seem new, but owner did not spend much money.

The booking confirmation said, we would receive the door code 24 hours before booking period. Check in time was from 3 pm to 6 pm. We arrived in London at 3pm and did not receive the code until then. We had to call the owner, but our phone call was declined. Instead we received a text message via WhatsApp and were asked why we are reaching out. We then received the code, but it was not satisfying to have to ask for check in details several times. Messages via booking, com were not answered! The accomodation could need some updates. In the large bedroom there was mildew on the wall from humidity. The shower was broken (this was mentioned in several ratings, but owner did not change this so far). The garden is not usable and should not be called garden! Maybe it would be better to close the door to garden for guests permanently and did not mention the garden in the booking description. Like this, no one would ever use it. Someone is using the garden for parking. He left in the morning and came back in the evening to park his motor scooter. This should maybe also be mentionend.
