Close to location, comfortable bed. Free parking, helpful staff and excellent Wi-Fi.

Staff were very helpful. It is only a 10 minute drive to Luton Airport and is easy to get to. Room was clean and comfortable. Very smooth check-in process.

Good value for money, at this price point I expected little more than a bed. Cleanliness was acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised to find free on street parking close by. The offer of tea coffee and cereal and use of kitchen was added bonus but not enough milk for the cereal. A corner shop is very close by.

I had the benefit of an on-suite bathroom which was clean, but…. the shower attachment is poorly fixed to the wall making it difficult to use and the hot water simply stops! Presumably when another resident turns on the hot tap, leaving me soapy, wet and cold. There are steep stairs leading to the property which are quite difficult to negotiate, particularly on exit. and for these reasons I may not stay again.

Lovely clean house. Had a wonderful stay. The host was very helpful. Check-in process was simple. Near to the airport. Great value for money. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
