A very spacious and relaxing property which was well supplied with necessities on arrival. Everything was in order and it was nice to relax in after a busy day on occasions.
Overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend to others.

My family which included my daughter, son-in-law, grand daughter, son and his fiancé and also my husband loved the house. It was even better than the descriptions and pictures.

This house was perfect for our family! All 6 of us stayed before a cruise, 4 adults, 2 children and had plenty of room for all. Plenty of games were available that came in handy during a thunderstorm. The hosts were exceptional when responding to my inquiries. Would definitely stay there again, perhaps for more than one night.

This is a perfect house that is well stocked. The Mexican restaurant across the street had some of the best Mexican food we ever had, we ate there twice, and the cocktails were delicious as well. a short 2 block walk to the Ocean. Very clean, great showers. I highly recommend this rental.

We stayed at this property for one night prior to our cruise. Got in around 2am and checked out at 10am. We didn’t really use any of the amenities other than the beds and bathrooms. Overall a good decent stay and better than a hotel for a party of 7.

The house listing is very accurate. There were 6 of us staying at the house the night before our cruise and were very comfortable with the space. Plenty of room for all of us to sit together, 3 bedrooms with queen beds were nice as well. The one complaint everyone had was the plastic on the mattresses. It made the beds very hot to sleep in. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was also not working the night we stayed. Other than that, it was great! We ate dinner right on the beach which was just a short drive across the busy road and through the next neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had right away. I would recommend staying here, especially if you’re cruising!

We were very lucky to find this house to stay in prior to our cruise leaving from Port Canaveral. The house is very spacious and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It's right by Cocoa beach, which is beautiful. There are restaurants all around. The property managers were attentive and made sure we got in fine and if we needed anything to let them know. We were minutes from the cruise port, which was a big draw for us. It was even better than expected.

Had an awsome weekend with my family at this property. Very convient location and we were able to get to the beach within a short time. There was lots to do close by with all kind of restaurants. The house had enough space for everyone and my kids enjoyed playing ping pong on the back patio. Would recommend this place and will come back later in the future.

Me and six friends stayed here one night before leaving for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We loved this house! It was very big and so close to everything. We went to dinner on the pier and checked out a couple of bars near. Would highly recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Cocoa Beach I will stay here again!

This property was so beautiful, we were welcomed with a nice basket of pastries and sparkling waters. The place had everything you would need including a good variety of teas and coffee. The hosts were quick to reply. Would recommend their place :)

This was a great property. Location was close enough to everything I needed. Whenever I come back I will be looking for this property. Communication with the owner was excellent. They were so nice and answered every question I had and in great time also.

When I booked this VRBO and it had no reviews, my wife was quite nervous. But when we arrived and saw the beautiful home we were all stoked! The location is great and the house is so spacious. Super close to the beach. We would love to stay here again!
