Family of 6 (Mom, Dad, 10, 8, 6 & 2), Place was smaller but plenty of space for a quick beach gateway. Weather was a little cold so we will definitely return when we can use all the fun amenities and location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott and Lori’s place. The unit is exactly as advertised and the hosts are responsive. It’s on the first floor, close to the pool, and has good beach access. We loved the area and hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Check in was very easy. Location was great. Weather was horrible, but we’ll be staying at this place again in the near future.

Can't beat the close walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny ! It is a smaller unit perfect for a couple. No reflection on the condo, there was a loud lawn maintenance crew next door. But overall had a wonderful time & highly recommend

Great condo and location! We had a wonderful first visit to HHI. Loved the access to the beach and pool. The place was tight for 2 adults and 2 teens but when you're outside most of the day it works out! The bikes & beach equipment were a plus!

We stayed for 2 nights. Weather was chilly but we had an amazing time. We especially enjoyed taking the bikes and riding along the beach. Fantastic location on the beach. Bunk beds would be great for kids (too short in length for adults).

This was the best we could find price wise and ended up being a fun place right on the water. The bikes are not your average bike, they are the best you can find without gears. Biking ended up being our favorite.

Enjoyed stayed bedroom was really small

The pictures show the condo to be nicer than it is. The bed spread is nasty, comforter has stains on it. We had to strip the bed. The lights and TV had dust accumulated on them. The throw rug had stains all over it. The floor throughout was dirty and had not been moped in quite some time. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker, had cracked plastic ice trays. Received a phone call from property Mgr. prior to check in, remote didn't work and TV need replacing. Condo is in need of updates throughout!

My husband, grandson, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, with an ocean view, was beautiful. The accommodations were appropriate for the three if us. Check-in and checkout information was very clear. I would highly recommend this unit for a HHI getaway!

It was convenient to our time share we were sharing with friends. We just needed a place to sleep. Didn’t spend much time there but clean, comfortable and everything and more

We had a great stay at this condo for 4 days with our family of 4 (6 and 11 yr olds). Queen bed in room was great for my husband and I, kids slept great in bunkbeds, and my nephew stayed over one night on the comfortable pull out sleeper sofa. If you want to eat meals in not sure I would stay here but to have snacks, cereal, coffee the Kitchen was great. We packed lunches and went to dinner every night. Loved that beach chairs and umbrella were provided and lots of bath towels with shelves in the bathroom was a plus. Place was very clean and beach decor. Not sure if I could do an entire week here if you plan to spend time in the condo a lot but it's was fine for 4 people that were in and out. Thanks!!

Condo was cute and clean! It was in an amazing location with about a 2 minute walk to the beach and was within walking distance of great restaurants and other shops! We enjoyed our stay!

Close to everything

We had a great time at this little condo. It is very close to Cologny Plaza and is within walking distance of shopping and dining. Although we didnt use the pool, it is right out the back door. The beach is close and easy to get to. The owner provides several beach chairs and an umbrella (you might want to bring a sand screw to help set the umbrella). Although they don't recline, the beach chairs are comfortable and easy to manage. The condo is small but clean and well-appointed. It is perfect for 2 people. The AC worked well. There is a mini-split in the living room and a portable AC in the bedroom. We found the bed to be comfortable as well. During our stay, I sent Lori, the owner, a couple of questions via text and she was very responsive. I appreciated that. All in all, we very much enjoyed our visit and would like to come back.

Close and convenient

I have always stayed in a hotel when visiting HHI in the past. This was a great change. I loved having a kitchen available. Very short walk to the beach! Would stay here again

My fiancé and I had a great time in Hilton Head at the Bailey’s condo! The location could not be any better. The beach is visible from the balcony and the pool is right out the front door. Coligny plaza is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride from door. We loved having the bikes because island has so many paths, it is a great way to get around and relax. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This property was perfect for an exercise filled vacation! Quick access the the beach. Awesome beach bikes on site and an active village right around the corner!
