We stayed with our 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) for a weekend trip to Indianapolis. The accommodations worked well for what we needed. I liked that the property was on the first level and on the back side of the unit, making it feel a little more private in a big apartment complex. The unit can be used to rent out individual rooms so the two room inside locked from the outside which was a little bit of a pain when we had to punch in the code each time the inner doors shut. Especially when our kids were sleeping. The space is small so we wanted to close the doors, but it was a pain to have to unlock the door from the outside each time to get into the room. There were a few things in rough shape when we arrived. The desk had a big chip in it but we didn’t use it at all so it was not a big deal. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and one of the stool’s foot rest was broken. The light in the kitchen was very dim and the microwave didn’t work. The pool was close to the unit, which was nice.

The property was fine, two bedroom, two bath just like the listing offered.

Kitchen was a joke, with poor lighting and missing fry pan and utensils galor. Suitable for reheating take out food only. No sheets for inflatable bed

Beds were very uncomfortable and living room only had a loveseat for seating. Kitchen light did not work, one toilet did not flush and rocked back and forth and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Would not stay here again. In apartment complex with poor lighting and very noisy neighbors.

Our visit was a mixed bag. The location was perfect as we wanted to be close to where our relatives live in Carmel. That aspect was very good. The host was *virtual* meaning we never spoke to any live human being at any point and the shortcomings of that showed. We arrived to a dimly lit apartment (half the light fixtures had inoperative bulbs in the kitchen), the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes but never turned on so we had to run it. It was a little chilly in the apartment so we pulled out a comforter in our second room and discovered it was dirty so we had to launder that immediately. Because the *host* doesn't actually come by the place, they rely on outside help to get things done. The coffee machine was broken but guess what - no one would know until someone reported it was broken (i.e.: the guest). And while we appreciated a quick delivery (from Amazon) of a new replacement coffee maker, we once again felt like our own housekeeping service in that we had to unpack it, set it up and break down the boxes for the trash room. Not a big deal, but when you arrive from a long flight, the fact you pay additional fees AND then have to clean up / set-up your accommodations when you arrive doesn't make for a 5 star impression. FYI - there is the "Minut Smart Home" noise monitoring device which can capture your conversations even though it's listed as a "noise monitor". Not cool either. Sorry MGM, you're not up to snuff in comparison to other hosts.
