Beautiful home perfect for 3 families! We were a group of 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids. The downstairs rooms were perfect for the adults and the kids stayed in the upstairs rooms. An easy walk to town and the house had everything we needed!

We had the best experience in St. Simons! This house was truly wonderful and very accommodating for our large group.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome - easy walk to the harbor and park across the street which is great for kids. The house is mostly as described, but when we arrived we were disappointed to see how dated and dirty it was. Lots of deferred maintenance, the cleanliness was pretty bad (hair in bathrooms dust/dirt on floors, dishes in dishwasher. I did let the management company know that the house did not appear to be cleaned upon checkin and they asked to clean again, so they tried to make it right. We were also excited to use the two operable gas fireplaces, but according to management they are "just for looks". However, they do work, but do not let guests use them. In general, there just didn't seem like a lot of oversight of the home between guests. The propane tank was empty for bbq, two of the drains in the showers were completely clogged, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels - not adequate for a group of 6 for 3 days. The house appears nice, but it just needs a serious deep clean, more attention to detail (remove the previous guests contacts from the side table!) and some more creature comforts to help with the stay.

We have used VRBO many times but this was the first time my husband felt “at home”. I definitely recommend this home! Everything about it was perfect.

Wow what an incredible stay! The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. It comfortably fit our family with everyone getting their own room. Everyone slept soundly. We used both the backyard and the front porch! The location is phenomenal and just a short walk away from a cute downtown with food and shops. The communication was also great. With quick responses to any question we had. We loved our stay.

This house way surpassed our expectations! Everyone - from the kids ranging in age from 8 - 17 to their great-grandma - loved the house and the pool! Best location for us as well, within easy walking distance of the pier village with lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream and the pier/waterfront playground and park area. In addition, there’s a park across the street from the house that has a great playground and a full basketball court and tennis and pickle ball courts. We drove to East Beach one day which was only 6 minutes away and it is a lovely sand beach with lifeguards, bathrooms and free parking. The house itself is huge - way bigger than we realized. We cooked in the huge kitchen almost every night and loved the double ovens and extra stove eyes. I think the main thing everyone kept commenting on is how quiet the house is. No one ever woke anyone else up - the bedrooms are well laid out and the walls are super thick apparently. Oh and the AC was nice and cold too. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved every single minute and every single Sq ft of this home. It is so beautiful and cozy and fit our group of 12 + 2 dogs perfectly. We made lasting memories on our multi-generational family vacay. It was out first time to this island and it was perfect as well. Close to the village, close to the beach, everyone enjoyed the pool and was excited that it was much deeper than it looked. We have zero complaints and only 1 suggestion. There were only 2 Sun loungers. The addition of 2 more would be nice when you have a bunch of girls. We hope to stay again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We took our family 2 sons their wives and 3 granddaughters. This place offer lots of space. Bedroom set up was great. No shortage of bathrooms. Lots of hang out space from the front porch to the living kitchen area to the back enclosure. Kitchen had all you needed. Washing and dryer came in handy. Enough room for everyone to sit for meals. Loved the breakfast seating. The backyard was a great place to hang out and relax. Pool was awesome. Grand babies loved swimming. Close to the town you can walk. Splash park was a walk away. The light house was a thrill for the grand kids. Only 129 stairs lol. Plenty of parking for two vans and a golf cart. We had a wonderful time.

After a couple of not so great VRBO rentals in the past that were not accurately described we finally found this wonderful home. The pictures do not even begin to show how nice this home is! Very tall ceilings, nice artwork, great fixtures , and a gourmet kitchen. The pool is just the right size and everything is is great shape and well taken care of. If you are headed to St Simons I would definitely recommend this home!!!

My siblings and I decided to surprise our mom for her 70th bday by doing a vacation together with her. This house was perfect for our large family. There were 8 adults and 7 kids which ranged from 7 months to 8 years old. Every family had plenty of space to share the room with their kids and was large enough for everyone to have their own hang out spot. The upstairs loft was amazing to have for us as our two young ones woke up early so we were able to let them play quietly in there without disturbing anyone. We are looking at making this a new annual trip at the same house every year.

We normally stay in East Beach, but found this location really fun!! We walked everywhere- for exercise in the mornings, and my kids (teens) enjoyed nightly strolls for ice cream in the Village. The house was beautiful- super clean. All in all a really great stay!!

Beautiful Home. Loved the covered porch and pool. House was very clean. We had a large group so all of the individual beds were awesome. The backyard was perfect for our group to sit around the table while grilling and playing yard games. Only complaint would be the bed frame of the room upstairs with the king sized bed... watch your toes when walking around it! Other than that, it was a 10/10 would recommend/stay again.

This house was perfect! Great location, beautiful home, and was stocked with everything you need! Would love to stay again next time we come to St. Simons.

What a wonderful property for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped for feeding a big group and the indoor living space had plenty of seating areas for conversation. The majority of our time was spent in the backyard hanging in the pool or playing bocce ball. The location was ideal for a quick walk to the pier and shopping. We even walked to the beach one day. I highly recommend this beautiful property for any family gathering.

This home was even more perfect than the pictures indicated- so comfortable for a weekend with 7 friends. Beautifully decorated and plenty of comfortable space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked! It was not clear in the photos but there is a full size freezer the size of a refrigerator in addition to a regular full size refrigerator. The home is situated within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and beach but is off the busy street to give a laid back neighborhood feel. Lovely and well taken care of home that is much larger than it looks! One woman came to check on the pool and when I emailed late at night asking for a later check out time I got a response within 15 minutes! So the only thing that could have been better was a little bit later check out time of 11 instead of 10 but I really appreciated the speedy response when it was after midnight. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed during Spring Break with family - young children to young adults - and the house was perfect. Great floor plan, comfortable, beautifully decorated, lots of space to breathe for everyone, private and comfortable back yard with pool (heated for a fee and was perfect). Location is spot-on; walkable to the Pier Village, close to parks (even for the dog!). We prefer the East Beach beaches and typically stay in that area, but we rented a golf cart (highly recommend) to take us to and fro and much preferred being closer to town in this home and amazing neighborhood. Would stay here again without reservation.

Beautiful home and great for a group- perfect to walk to town or lounge.

We were a group of eight (three families) who have vacationed at St Simon’s Island for two years running. We gathered this year to celebrate the second birthday of our son. This home was exactly how the pictures have portrayed it to be. It was warm, inviting and well stocked. It had pretty much everything we wanted in a vacation rental - all the kitchen appliances we needed, plenty of entertainment spaces (TVs in pretty much every room), board games to choose from, a cute backyard with a solid fire pit and a pool (that was heated for an extra charge). All the beds were very comfortable as well. Rooms were spaced out from each other which allowed for plenty of privacy. The neighborhood was very quiet and serene, making our morning walks delightful.

We were celebrating a friends Birthday and this home offered great open floor plan, comfortable bedrooms that were nicely decorated and a fantastic backyard with pool and fire pit! We will definitely be back again!

We loved the house, the island, we can’t wait to come back. This home was just more than words can say. 🥰☺️
