The property was great and super convenient to downtown, restaurants and fun places to visit. It was well stocked, super clean and nicely furnished. We'd highly recommend to others.

Great stay

Unit was in a great location! Just a short walk to many restaurants and shopping. Unit was extremely clean and the owner was very quick to fix the internet issue.

Exactly what we needed. The host was very helpful, even gave us suggestions on Restaurants, and things to do in the area.

Condo was super nice, clean and ground level. We enjoyed the small patio over looking the park. Great location too! Easy walk to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location across from the Bay and within walking distance of downtown Traverse City. It's a condo complex mainly of rental units and my guess it was build for the intent of short term rentals. Condo has nice setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious kitchen area and stackable washer/dryer. Be aware you will be able to hear folks walking and talking above you. The neighbors above us had some drama that was more exciting than the reality show we were watching. Expect the basics in the kitchen but no seasonings, oil, tubberware, or other food product as the unit is cleaned out after each guest. Arrival instructions and info was sent to me about 2 hours before check-in. The checkout procedures are in the original reservation email but not in the binder onsite but it's standard check-out items.

I had a wonderful stay with my husband and 2 adult sons, the second was a surprise later in the week. The place was clean, plenty of room to spread out separately or be together in the living room. If I had to say one thing that was missing, I would have a hard time but I could have used a larger cutting board. Very close to downtown (walkable) and great restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner and he gave us a list of lots of places to eat, drink, and hike if that is what we liked.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and the location is great! Near downtown and across the street from a beautiful park. The beds were so comfortable! We absolutely loved it and would reserve again!

Great property. Wonderful amenities. Our only issue was the upstairs neighbor that must have had a toddler. Noisy running beginnings at 6am.

This location was perfect for 4 of us to visit in the Traverse City area. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The owner was great about suggestions for things to do and places to eat as well as taking care of an issue we had with Wi-Fi quickly.

You can’t get a better location in TC than this condo so close to all the action. It’s easy digital access, commodious, nicely appointed, “soft as clouds” beds, with easy parking. You’ll want to stay there time and time again.

Lovely condo that was spacious and perfect for two couples! Had every thing we needed . Loved that it was walking distance to downtown. Enjoyed the patio with the park view.

This is by far our favorite rental property in Traverse City, and my son and I look forward to returning next summer!

Excellent location. Nice to sit outside on patio and watch people on bikes, children in park and friendly people strolling along! Park across street is lovely see out the windows. The Bay is only one block away and downtown is 4 blocks away with beautiful old historic homes lining the street! The unit was very cheerful and had all one needs. Plenty of room.

My husband, 2 teenage kids, and myself spent 4 nights here for my kids’ midwinter break and we had a lovely time. The condo was just as pictured- clean, with any amenities that you would like for a family such as ours, and the location was excellent. Michael was super responsive whenever we needed him. The only potential downside was that there was a decent bit of road noise and, we heard the footsteps and chairs moving from the people above us. However, that wouldn’t sway us from staying here again, Michael was an excellent host and the condo was great!
