Great place Just missing a bar

We usually stay at the Aryes that’s down the street, it was a nice little change for once, we would definitely go back

I just liked how easy it was to check in. The proximity to the freeway and also to local restaurants.

Everything the hotel had to free was excellent. The staff was awesome and friendly. It would be great if people that stay would stop bringing their ESA animal it is NOT THE SAME AS A SERVICE ANIMAL! period. For the ESA snowflake go to a dog hotel. Your not doing real service dogs justice.

There was a problem with the internet when we first got there. The staff was extra helpful getting us checked in and into our room. They brought us our keys when internet was back up. They made a point of getting us into our room early because I needed to dress for a 5pm wedding. The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. We used the pool which was clean and comfortable. Work out room was clean and nice. I spoke with every employee I came and across and the prevailing attitude was to be helpful and pleasant. Customer service...EXCELLENT! Thank you!

Quiet area

The staff was super friendly. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Lorena were very attentive to the needs of all the guests. The dining area was well maintained and fully stocked at breakfast time. Their pleasant attitude made it very comfortable for us. The only suggestion for management is to offer fresh food instead of frozen prepackaged foods for a better dining experience, considering the cost to stay at this hotel. Property had power outage. No one worked to fix the issue until the following morning. Property didnt offer amy water, during this. My breastmilk spolied because no refrigerator. Bad stay.

Extremely clean and quiet

New, clean, friendly staff.

The breakfast was really nice as was the woman who ran it. The front desk staff were polite but not friendly. The room was very nice except for the a/c unit which was incredibly noisy. It was hot in the room and the window was permanently closed, so we had to turn it on. It sounded like an airplane taking off then blew cold air right onto the bed for awhile, and then noisily shut off. We had to keep it off at night so as not to be awakened, but we were uncomfortably warm.

Staff is amazing. I mean above and beyond on everything! Helped me with carrying my stuff to my room because the carts were being used and my hands were full. Breakfast was short staffed but they brought me hot water and even made extra oatmeal because it ran out even though the time had ended

Friendly staff and everything is shiny and new. The hotel is literally a part of a shopping center, which is a little strange, but on the plus side, there are plenty of dining and shopping options close by!
