The room is clean and nice. Wifi is good.

Check in info at 3pm but only got the key at 5.00pm. They downgraded my room from Deluxe Twin Room to Deluxe Studio with one mattress added. Changed from tower A to tower B. Parking not available. You have to park outside and almost get saman from the police. Weekdays will be good but weekend time is not recommended.

All the facilities (swimming pool, indoor playground, recreation indoor game block) provided by the property.

Bad experience services. Bagi time untuk Check in di apps tu 15:00pm tapi kami dapat cek in lambat, lepas tu kena check out awal jam 11:00am lagi (rasa tidak berbaloi dengan rate bilik) better lagi property/hotel lain yang boleh dapat room budget tapi time untuk stay tu ada masa lebih sikit boleh cek in jam 14:00 cek out jam 12:00pm. Untuk family yang set time untuk santai this property not suitable. Call reservation tidak angkat. No prior details given to check in pun. Menunggu la sampai kering kena respon. Ada beberapa tower di sini tapi disebabkan tiada details, tidur ja di parking menunggu kena respon. Gambar bilik tu macam kayangan pun kalau service mengecewakan, hilang mood holiday tu terus. Kalau iya pun ada problem sistem ka, guest ka at least boleh ja info awal dulu melalui whatsapp even tidak angkat call. Supaya kami faham tu keadaan & set masa di tempat lain.

Dusty, no towel(as said in the description), Deposit wasn't refunded yet, It's been a week since checkout. When you go to the front desk on 3pm to check in, they keep telling me the room wasn't available yet because it hasn't finished cleaning it.

They didn’t provide any towels. Also the time for check in is too late which is 3pm maybe make it to 2pm since there was delays when i check in because the room wasn’t clean yet so i have to wait 30 minutes.
