What a great find in Bisbee! Loved staying at the Carrick. Super cute and swanky. Our room was huge with all the amenities and a full sized kitchen. They also have complimentary snacks. We arrived late, so the front lobby was closed. That was not a problem because the manager's communication made the whole check-in experience simple. Will stay there again!

The place was very clean and all appliances worked. Thank you for that. Here’s a few items to improve upon: TV was extremely small. It looked like the size of Michael Scott’s flat panel TV at his condo. They’re very inexpensive, please upgrade. The bed was too: Soft, uneven and left both us in back pain in the morning. Finally, we could clearly hear the couple above us at 2am in the morning talking. High ceilings yet we could hear every word. Finally, the low powered window AC was inadequate for cooling down a very warm unit. It wasn’t until about 3am that the room reached our desired temp.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Hotel was very clean and rooms were large, walkable and updated with a touch of vintage charm!

This place had a lot of attention to detail that a lot of places dont have. We really appreciated this! We had a person with celiac and theybout out friendly food options.

The Carrick was fabulous! Very spacious, made for a very comfortable stay. There are steps (all of Bisbee is a climb) up to the front entrance, and in some cases a few within the multi-level suites. Not an issue for us. The staff is incredible and accomodating. The Carrick is probably the best situated in town. Parking can be a challenge but they have a parking lot right next to them so it's your best chance. It's also at the end of the main street near the bulk of restaurants and buildings. 5 minute walk to the Queen Mine tour, 2 minutes to the Ghost Tour meet spot, 2 minutes to Brewery Gulch, so you never really have to drive unless you're leaving town. The Carrick has very comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower, and a full kitchen if you need it.

The Carrick was a fun family experience. The suite is uniquely designed and decorated. The staff is friendly and service was wonderful. Everything was clean. My kids absolutely loved it. Especially the snack bar. Highly recommend staying here.

It was quiet, clean, and superfriendly staff.

We weren’t quite sure of the circumstances. We never got a receipt or arrangements for how to get a receipt. Office seems to only be staffed part time.Are we supposed to get it by email? Also, parking was iffy. We ended up on a city street. Otherwise it was a fun place to stay.

Excellent room

Nicely modernized hotel in the heart of downtown Bisbee. Friendly check in staff, free snacks and appreciated the instant oatmeal in the room. Full kitchen. Only downside is no dedicated parking which is challenging on a busy weekend in Bisbee!

Our first time to Bisbee so can't really compare the Carrick with anything else in town. Nice patio to sit on and suite was large and clean.

They don’t allow chain hotels in Bisbee. So you have to select from older properties that have been updated. I believe this is the best facility in Bisbee.

Very well upkeep. Excellent location, clean, and larger sized rooms made it the perfect family getaway to Bisbee!

Since your place is one of the most priciest places,I expected top notch accommodations and service. When we arrived around 5 pm the doors to the lobby and to the hotel were closed . We got into a side door and there were numerous rooms but no instructions or maps. In desperation we pounded on the door and finally a service person showed up and told us that they close for cleaning. The building is extreme complex with different stairs and floors, no maps. we asked if we could get a room with less need to walk numerous stairs and one was provided, but even that room had several stairs to the bathroom. Lobby looks uninviting. If super clean and newly painted is important, then stay at this place, but for the price I had expected more and better service. The cleaning lady tried to be helpful and got us some ice, but at a first rate place there should have been enough ice in the first place. Overpriced for what is provided.

We were able to book this room last minute, so we had zero expectations. However, the room was a great value for the money! The property was clean, quiet and well kept. We were within walking distance of everything you could see in Bisbee, as well! On our last day, we requested a late checkout and General Manager Brad, was more than happy to oblige! We would definitely stay here again!

An antique mountain hotel. It was very spacious and clean, more like a suite, but….this particular room was noisy upstairs with bumps and knocks; would likely try another place.

The room was amazing - more like an apartment with one bed upstairs and one downstairs. Perfect for two couples or for a family with children. Very clean, with a full kitchen. Staff was very helpful and offered free treats! This was within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This is an old hotel, well appointed. They need to put new markings on the small Stairs through out the rooms. I took a bad tumble and we left one day early.

The property was exceptionally well equipped for an amazing holiday!! The decor, furniture and overall presentation were fabulous!
